The drinks are good but the service my husband and I received wasn't good. As well as they told us we couldn't order because they close at 6 and not 6:30 (it was 6:01) However, Google said they close at 6:30 and their sign was on.

Prices need to be updated. Ordered a specialty drink which would amount to 5.42. Rang up to 7.80, when I asked the girl who was ringing me up she stated “I don’t know, I just work here.” She did not offer to change the price or anything. I don’t mind paying more as long as it’s advertised, I was very disappointed with the response I was given.

I got iced white mocha with almond milk and it was delicious. kept me energized all day!
We loved our croissant sandwiches and dreamy chai latte and carmel machiatto for breakfast! The place is sparkling clean and well decorated with Basque flavor. The service was very professional and our beverages were perfectly concocted. Felt like I was back in Europe. Best morning start in the area. BTW so happy they are accessible and ADA compliant!

I am justy catching up on remote work here, and it such a beautiful scenery and in its own unique spot in a parkiing lot ,I was able to have good drinks, and greaat service from the morning shift to the afrternoon shift .VERY SWEEET Dust devil frappe i had with oat milk, The teams know where everything is and can make a green tea in 2 seconds well of course after it steeps ,but the fastest tea ive ever been served in the country. Thank you for making my experience great Elko Mudd Hutt

Great little drive thru if you're going through Elko, NV. We went through the drive through and it was very fast and wasn't a long line. The Carmel macchiato was so good with a lot of Carmel. The food was delicious and was perfect for starting our long drive.

Smoothies and frappe's are bomb when they get it right, but the last couple of times going there they have totally botch the order. This morning we arrived around 10 AM and ordered a large strawberry smoothie. Ordered in the drive thru, pulled up to the window and paid $6, which is normal pricing so I didn't think anything about it. They tried to hand us a hot coffee, which we corrected and said that wasn't ours and handed it back. A couple minutes later, a woman comes over to the window and says we need to pay for the smoothie. When we told her we already paid, she said we paid for the latte which we then told her we didn't order. With such attitude, she handed us the smoothie. It's not the customers fault you messed up, and I sure don't believe in trying to penalize the customer for your mistake.The time before this, my husband and I ordered a smoothie and a caramel mocha frappe. When we got to the window, they handed us the smoothie and asked what the second drink was. I mistakenly said "the coffee" and she just handed us a plain hot coffee. Not sure what's going on, but it seems like orders aren't being entered or written down, but obviously just "remembering" doesn't work.
