This is good quality pizza for a good price. There are gluten-free options, thin crust medium crust thick crust and Chicago style. I think the ingredients are high quality.

Customer service was at an all time low. 4 young adults working and not 1 greeted me upon entrance. I was the only customer and had to interrupt a 50 question game they were playing with the only male employee to ask if someone could take my order. After my order was taken they made the comment “let’s now get back to our conversation” which was apparently about dating someone. A conversation I didn’t need to hear for sure. I wasn’t even thanked for my business.Unbelievable!

The employees were great. The man who took our order was attentive and friendly. We ordered pizza and a calzone and was surprised to note that it was a little cheaper than other pizza joints. The food was amazing! We definitely will be back soon, for sure!

I am allergic to mushrooms. Sadly we LOVE Papa Murphy's pizza, but the location in Elko mixes mushroom flakes in with ALL their other ingredients. I realize that it is an error but it has made me very sick before. When we tried to talk to the manager about the problem we were completely blown off. Corporate customer service was excellent and very responsive, but the manager has not responded to them either. So disappointed that we can no longer enjoy our favorite pizza.
