Pizza Hut is a kid-friendly restaurant that serves great pizzas, perfect for families with grandkids. The staff is generally very nice and polite, going the extra mile to correct mistakes and provide excellent customer service. However, some staff members may have poor customer service skills. The restaurant is clean and decorated for holidays. Note that they have pivoted to focus on take-out, so no fountain drinks are available and pizzas come in boxes without plates. Despite some inconsistencies, the pizzas are good and the usual Pizza Hut quality.
