How the HELL is pizza hut still in business?
They almost never deliver the orders within a few hours of the order being put in, they ignore customers when they call, I even know people who waited 2 days before going in to ask for a refund because the pizza they ordered never arrived.

If you want horrible pizza staff and a terrible experience you should come to this Pizza Hut in elko. I was there for two hours because they messed up three pizzas due to quality how do you do that. Then when we left the manager says “thank you have a good day and don’t come back.” I will never be a customer there again.
We’ve been ordering from here for years but it seems it’s really just going down the hill. Never answer the phone, always sent to a call center not located in town and they never know what to do because they’re not on location.
Ordered dinner box tonight and the pizza was okay, not cooked to order, however the worst part was that the garlic bread and cinnamon sticks both were just bread cooked. Nothing on it. No garlic, or cinnamon. Dry bread.
