Seriously I will NEVER be ordering from pizza hut again. The service was absolutely pathetic. Pizza was 45 minutes late and no one bothered to answer the phone when I called. What a total waste of my $80. Will be avoiding at all costs.

Ordered a large double pepperoni pizza and cheese sticks. I got a medium cheese with no sauce and a meat lovers melt. Tried calling multiple times as I couldn’t leave the house to drive to the store to fix it and they would not answer the phone at all. So I paid $40 and got $20 worth of food and nothing will get done about it. Be prepared to be overcharged and underserved for food you didn’t order

Disappointed. Dine in Pizza Huts are hard to find anymore. Likely because it's not like it used to be. The deep dish isn't the same. The atmosphere isn't the same. Salad bar is gone.

Stayed at a hotel in Elko on our way through Nevada. We ordered a medium veggie pizza from the Pizza Hut on 2200 Idaho St. in Elko, 3 miles from our hotel. The pizza was never delivered and every time we called, they put us on hold with that totally annoying commercial spouting how great they are. Once we waited and the called was canceled. Now we will have to find a way to get our money back since we can't get through the phone wall.

Food was fine. However the staff should learn to show some compassion. The way they treated some of their customers (those whose primary language is Spanish and try to speak English) were treated so disgustingly. No attempts to be helpful, just talked in an aggressive tone and refused to be kind. When it was my turn to pay, the guy taking payments, James, muttered under his breath, “nothing can ever be effing easy”.I have worked in customer service my entire life and have NEVER treated people so poorly, even on my bad days.
I had a New Yorker deliverd to my house and it came to me cold the drive didn't even have a receipt or a hot bag to keep it warm.

I ordered dinner for my husband at 5:09 pm, they said it would be ready and delivered by 5:48 pm. My husband did not get his dinner until 6:18 pm and it was COLD, not even the pizza warmer bag to even attempt to keep it warm. Delivered by door dash of all people, plus part of his order was damaged. Order from these people at your own risk.
