Employees are great. Prices are high....not alot of RTP who only play or have a little to play.

Very nice and fun

Plenty of parking friendly service great food. I shut down for a few hours and was hungry as a dog and went in and had a wonderful breakfast a great conversation and didn’t spend $1000.

We arrived between 230 and 3 on sunday july 27 and asked for a downstairs room. Jessica first told us she didn't know what she had available i asked her if she could check. She finally did and told us to come back at 4. We ate at the restaurant then went back at 4. She said she had a room available downstairs and charged us. She gave us room 177 She said it was at the end We started walking but turned around at room 154. I asked her for a room closer to casino/restaurant as i couldnt walk that far. She said she was sold out. I asked for a supervisor she told me that there was no one else i could talk to. I asked for the charges to be reversed on my card and left. I stayed at the hotel across the street. I could see that the curtains on half of the downstairs rooms were open at night as well as the morning.
I feel very upset. I feel she lied to us on purpose either from plain laziness or prejudice from the color of our skin. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone especially people of color if that clerk is working.

Only the name is changed. Everything else is great.

Great hotel, hands down my favorite place to stay in Elko. There pool is fantastic and everything is so close together you don't have to walk far from check in.

TERRIBLE HORRIBLE PLACE TO STAY AT!!!
Our toilet was broken and ran very loudly all night keeping us up.
My husband tried to tell the woman at the front desk the next morning, but she and another worker ignored my husband and talked about our little dog he had with him. No good!

Unfriendly staff during check-in and unfriendly bartenders.
AC units barely worked inside my room, and the pillows were as hard as rocks.

The front desk staff was extremely helpful and friendly! My husband and I are long haul truckers and they accomodated our big rig! The rooms were clean and beds comfy! Our 2 little dogs stayed with us for a very reasonable fee! Casino was big and we won! We love this place, highly recommend!

Great pet friendly hotel. No ridiculous charges for staying with my ESA when you declare them at check in. I had my choice of floor for the room.
