I’ve stopped by this Starbucks a few times and always have a good experience. The spot is comfy for sitting or grabbing coffee to go, and the baristas are friendly. The coffee is consistently good and the snacks are tasty. It can get a bit busy during peak hours, but it’s still a solid spot for a quick coffee or some studying

Ordered sandwich and mocha, coffe wasn't good and later ask for cap of water 3 different person, every one says yes . I was waiting for 20 minutes for water no one gives me.

The bathrooms were disgusting, the espresso shots were dead and bitter from poor execution, and the employees have a major attitude problem. Save yourself the trouble and grab coffee from anywhere else.

Stopped at this SB drive thru on my way home, ordered a ice matcha latte, when I got the order it looked like she didn't put enough matcha powder in it, because my drink looked like a ice milk latte, so I asked the girl working at the drive thru if she can remake it, and to my surprise she said no, because they blend it or something, so I was like ok I will just drink it, but when I tried it it tasted like how it looked, like a iced milk latte, so I went inside to see if they can remake it, and the girls inside said oh yea we can remake, then the girl at the drive thru saw me inside asking for them to remake the drink, and looked like she got angry that I went inside after she had told me no at the drive thru, so she very rudely said well I'll remake it, but you'll have to pay extra for the matcha, I told her that's fine and that she was being rude, but if she would've just told me at the drive thru that she can fix the drink but it would cost extra for the Matcha I would have been fine with it and I would not have had to go in and now post this bad review.

The coupon for a free drink didn't work and she made us hand it back after we drank out of it. Wasn't happy after I tipped her. It's not our fault we didn't know.

So today is my birthday. I food downloaded the Starbucks app last night. So I was expecting a free drink. They said I had to have the app for 6 months before to claim any gift. Wth! This is why I don't do apps with stipulations. I probably won't go back even though I go there quite a bit. I just do not like apps to qualify for anything. I was very disappointed. I even showed my ID so they knew. ?

Its your local starbucks. You been in one, you've been to all of them. YET, this one has plenty of staff that expedite the whole process so you're never waiting on a coffee.

Turns out Starbucks does not know a thing about serving a good cup of coffee or any other drinks. Watered down beverages and microwaved meals at a ridiculous price. Bland, bland, bland!

They really need to learn how to make coffee
