Staff not very friendly the wait was ridiculous it wasnt that busy.we got 2 back pack stacker 4 eggs scramble and the kids got pancakes almost an hour before we got our food. Pretty sure we got half orders on the egg scrambles charged full price the pancakes were the last still waiting for sausage to cook is what we were told. Service pretty much ignored and avoided our table I’m guessing they forgot to place the order. Forget this place and walk across the street to Dreez Service is better and food is better.

We stay here because it is close to the Western Folklife Center. It is not fancy. It is a casino hotel. And the restaurant lacks the feel that it once had. They painted over the authentic and incredible murals. Oh, well. It is what it is. The biggest plus is location, but it is also warm and clean. That counts for a lot. And hot water is abundant.

This place has seen a better day! The only plus was the clean linen, I.e. sheets and towels. Otherwise, it was a two-bit joint highly priced because of the Cowboy Poetry Festival. The shower head was broken and shot water all over the bathroom. The sink was badly chipped. There was no place to hang clothes. It was stocked with a very dated tv, hair dryer (taped electrical cord), and coffeemaker. The room odor was very unpleasant. Will not return!

They are now cutting down on quality instead of raising prices. I would've gladly paid an extra 5 bucks for the yummy ribeye steak they use to have for breakfast or a steak sandwich instead of this new paper thin piece of meat???
