Went through the drive thru. First they forgot my fries. Went in and grabbed them. The lady was rude when I had to tell them I didn't get my fries. Then got back in the car and realized I didn't have the cheese sauce for my other fries. My gordita crunch wasn't even melted and was cold. It also had hardly any meat on it. Not impressed šŸ˜• šŸ˜’

Ordered 2 of the new dippers and 2 soft supreme tacos with no tomatoes. They only gave me one taco. I asked for my other taco and they wanted my receipt. That’s fine so I gave them my receipt and they asked for my bag to see if my taco was in there as if I was lying. They threw my taco in there and when I opened it up I got 2 tacos with only a tiny bit of meat and a lot of lettuce, no cheese no sour cream. Very disappointed at this customer service. I was a manager at a Taco Bell for years and this is not how you treat customers.

If you would like the cravings packs don’t go here. Went through the drive through at 1:05pm and ordered 2 of the cravings packs and a taco pack and they denied the order stating it was too much work for their employees! Like really never going here again. I wouldn’t even give them one star.

Just went in to store to order lunch. The cleanliness of this establishment is deplorable, door windows are gross, floor is gross, soda machine is gross, when another customer asked for assistance using the kiosk, they pretty much ignored them. I will also add that it was lunch time and it wasn't even busy. Don't get me wrong, I will usually eat anything that isn't nailed to the floor, but this place is bad. Hopefully they can get this place turned around. I won't be returning to this establishment. And I will also inform as many people as I can about this deplorable establishment.

I ordered the new quesadilla. It took awhile for it to come out and they were not busy. It was cold. Nothing was remotely close to warm, let alone the cheese even near melted. Horrible.

No matter the day of the week or the time of the day, you walk in here baby employees standing around chit-chatting, and all the tables are dirty.

I’m genuinely impressed by the positive changes since our last visit! The service has picked up speed, the food is served hot and fresh, and the overall energy of the team feels much more upbeat. It’s refreshing to walk into a fast-food spot and see employees who seem motivated and engaged—makes a big difference in the experience.

That said, I did notice one issue that gave me pause. A gentleman in the kitchen with pink hair removed his hat, laid it on the food prep counter, ran his fingers through his hair, then put the hat back on and resumed food handling. I’m all for self-expression, but food safety and hygiene are non-negotiable, especially in a kitchen setting.

Still, the improvements in speed, quality, and attitude are worth applauding. I hope management continues to build on this momentum and ensures that food safety protocols are consistently followed. Looking forward to seeing this location thrive!

This TB is the foulest, sloppiest and slowest TB in the US. Sloppy undesirable and old food, everything in the lobby is grungy and stained, toilet smell everywhere and slowest most ungrateful (few exceptions) workers. Unprofessional in every way possible.
