Tried the drive through. Lady was less then helpful when asked about menu options. Tried going in but all menus are flipped so no one can see them. Completely dusty & less then helpful workers. Let me be clear…… we were the only people in the drive through & the only people in the dinning area. No idea why they acted like they couldn’t be bothered for any clarification.

Every single time I go thru the. Drive thru it takes them at least 30-45 minutes. Absolutely ridiculous

so i ordered a 3 taco combo and when i got it i looked at the tortillas and thought it looked like they had been reheated or something due to the tortillas looking darker so i opened them and the inside of my taco was completely soggy it looked like they had been sitting out and they just heated them back up and served it so i obviously didn’t eat it and i wont be eating from here ever again i didn’t pay over 15 dollars to be served old food and im absolutely disgusted by this taco bell i understand that obviously the tortillas isn’t going to be perfect especially with all the meat and everything and it’s kinda hard to tell in the photo since the oils and stuff just made everything look orange but it’s very obvious that these tacos were not made fresh.

After almost waiting 5 minutes as the car in the window as it was approaching a red wait time an employee unplugged the system that tracks the wait time and plugged it back in to not have the high wait time on the screen average. This is not the first time this has happened to me, their average wait time was almost 4 minutes but I can ensure that it is closer to a 10 minute wait time. This is unacceptable that they are fabricating metrics to try and hide the fact of what horrible establishment this is. I waited 5 minutes to get my 2 drinks and 10 minutes for them to tell me that they were out of nacho cheese and could not fulfill my online order that was placed 30 minutes before I got to the drive through window. This is unacceptable and I would like something to be done about that along with all of the other customers that have to deal with this.

I went through the drive through and sat there for a good 10 mins waiting for them to take my order. I went to the window and asked them to take my order they got attitude with us and they told me they would about 5 mins later someone comes to the window and tells me to go through the drive through again so we did. We ordered our food. Went back to the window they continued to have attitude with us. Once we got our food we went home and ate the food. Half way through my order with the chicken and rice bowl there was a whole louige in my food. I threw it up after i tasted it. Sadly I don’t have a picture due to me not thinking about not taking a picture.
Place smelled like the sewer was backed up. Nobody acknowledged me or the people that were with me. I won't spend a dime in places that just do kiosk ordering

I’m so tired of the service here. They never get orders right and there’s always parts missing. Tired of wasting money. Like how hard is it to work in fast food??
Ordered delivery through uber and order was completely wrong. Even the drink was wrong. Someone from corporate needs to shut this place down

Placed an order and somehow everything was messed up. Missing 2 fiesta potatoes, though was probably a good thing because our potato tacos were as hard as a rock, regular tacos had so little meat in it, it was basically tortilla and cold cheese. Crunchwrap was burnt and couldn't even chew through it. Everything was stone cold. And grilled cheese burritos are TINY now. Think this experience is enough to keep me away from Taco Bell completely.

Just another Taco Bell, nothing special. Service was ok. We placed a mobile order, and they still managed to mess the order up and not make the food correctly. Always make sure to check your food before leaving the drive thru or dining room. Food was also cold, which was ok because we were headed home and just heated this up at home. Nacho fries were stale and cold.

This taco bell is unsanitary and filthy. The kitchen is not being cleaned. There's old meat and toppings on counters not being cleaned up then they roll burritos on top of the old meat. The floor is covered in food and not being swept up. One employee didn't have gloves on in the kitchen. Another one had long hair with no hair net who was making food. The most vile thing besides the visual was the smell coming from the kitchen. It smelled like a community bathroom at a gas station. This place is going to get someone sick. I'm contemplating calling the health department and filing a complaint on this business.
