This was the worst experience I've had in years.

We ordered with only two other people ahead of us and then sat down to wait. Nearly an hour later we got our food. In the meantime an employee left the kitchen having clearly just quit and said the owner was stealing from his clients. Eventually, we were piled into the tiny restaurant with about 15 people also waiting.

The food was gross, I couldn't eat it and I'm not picky. It tasted rotten, not just bad but like something had turned.

Never going back.

In comparison, I should’ve gone to Chipotle.
I got the teriyaki chicken with white rice (no veggies). The chicken was pretty tender, but did appear charred and some were dry. The teriyaki flavor was so faint, I could’ve used more like Mo’ Betta’s provides.
The rice was more American rice (undercooked) and I prefer sticky rice like Chipotle does.
So my synopsis is I should’ve saved $2 for a better meal that offers much more ingredients at Chipotle.
Teriyaki Madness is okay and the staff was polite and attentive, but I felt the value at Chipotle is highly superior for my likes.

No one up front. Food ordered on app was not ready. Still had to wait 10 minutes. Also requested soda be ready as well. It was not. Didn't receive extra teriyaki sauce that I paid extra for. Soda machine had no ice and the soda was so foamy, it took me probably 3 minutes to get half of a cup full. I finally gave up because I needed to leave. Mind you, they opened at 10:30 and I was there right around 11.

Bad service, horrible customer service also food wasn’t even cooked all the way. Charges you for food and then tells you last minute they don’t have it and still don’t refund you. Steak taste like nasty spoiled meat

Ordered online an hour ago and I'm still sitting in the store waiting for my food.

For time references I ordered at 11:47AM and am sitting here waiting still at 12:48 PM. When I walked in to pick up I watched four groups order before I was helped in the pickup line and all four of those groups have received their food and left already.

I'm not normally one to post reviews at all, but my experience here regularly takes an exceptionally long time and the staff is rarely helpful.

I think this one is gonna be my last time, I can go in and out of the Chinese Restaurant up the street in 5 minutes without a pre order.... Sorry, Guys. Too many chances given and too much is still messed up.

The music is deafening and there are at least 10 people standing around while one person at the counter is struggling to get the orders from the window. Pitiful

My wife and I are traveling across the country. It’s always hit and miss about the food we get on the way. I reviewed the restaurants near our hotel and this sounded good.

We both enjoyed the teriyaki bowl with chicken rice and veggies. It was both fresh and tasty.

Teriyaki Madness in Elko had just one vegan option. The front of house staff weren’t familiar with vegan dietary needs, but the cook was able to confirm and accommodate. The meal was decent, and I appreciated the cook going out of their way to help.

Ordered at 8:30pm they are suppose to be open until 9:30pm. When we got there to pick up our order at 9:00pm the door was locked and the employees hid from us behind the counter. We had already paid for our food so I called the store and no one picked up the first two calls. Called a third time and a young woman answered and when I asked if we could get our pick up order she said they didn’t have any orders for pick up. I told her I had the charge to prove I ordered and the order confirmation order. She said oh well get a refund or something. I asked if I could have her name and she hung up on me. We never got our food of course and we had paid 50 bucks for it. We even gave the restaurant our location on the app for a speedy pick up. Horrible experience. I would not recommend going there.

Everytime I go they are always out of ice in the soda machine. Usually out of large cups for soda too.
