I paid 10 dollars for orange chicken and got less then half in the box not very happy

Great customer service great food

I placed an order at 10:45am online using their website it told me my order would be ready to pick up at 11am when I arrived to pick it up the store was closed and there was nothing saying what was happening, I called multiple times but never got any answers. At 12pm when they finally opened I went in to get my order and they told me they canceled all the orders from before 12 and refunded the money. I didn’t want a refund I wanted my food. They told me I would have to reorder and pay for it again. I am not going to get that money back for days because this all happened on a Friday.They never apologized or offered any solutions to me to get this fixed the two ladies I talked to were very unprofessional and not helpful or understanding at all. This has been a horrible experience overall.

Everytime my husband and I have gone into this place in the evening, the young kids are rude! On 3 different occasions we have been told that they can't help us because they are backed up on door dash orders. So walkins are not important? If they are that busy why doesn't the owners hire more people? For the past 3 years we have seen this place slowly go down hill. Customer service is bad, food is borderline bad. We will not be going back. The problem here is that I have hear this from other people as well.

I went yesterday around 7 and the food was really good and fresh. The girl gave me great customer service. I would definitely come back again!

On our way through Elko we stopped and grabbed four bowls. We ordered online, we have no complaints, food is great and it was ready when we got there.

They took so long, we were waiting here since 1:23 PM. It's already 1:50

The food is good, but be ready to wait. Don't think they butcher the chicken or make the sauce until half an hour after you order, then start cooking.

You'd be faster to go to Walmart and buy a camp stove and all the ingredients and make it yourself. Every 6 months or so I think it would be a good idea to go in here and regret the wait every time.

waited over 45 min for our food, girl at the front desk had no idea when our food would be done nor cared to ask about it. food was average when we did recieve it. i wouldnt come again. rice was crunchy.

Ordered orange chicken and when I explained that they had mixed up the meal. I was told the staff that there was mix up no apology just told that this is orange chicken. To lie to a customer is disgusting and complete disrespect. Shame! Because every time I have attended it has been a pleasent meal

Hit or miss. Sometimes it's decent, sometimes it's just meh.

I love teriyaki madness man is the food good but the men's bathroom is disgusting imagine my surprise when I go in there too relive myself and the bathroom looks like a horror movie with a killer hiding in the toilet.the people here are allways friendly and respectful. But not the best place too relive yourself.

If you want quick Asian food in a seriously isolated place then this is the spot for you. It's comparable quality to Panda Express with a teriyaki vibe. The awful stadium country music blarring felt out of place. Good takes a bit longer than most fast food but worth the wait
