We had an unpleasant experience with this place. We didn’t even get to park and get out of truck when a restaurant worker came out and said the manager said we can’t park here. We were towing so was trying to park sideways in serval spot as the roundabout was full and we just wanted to order takeout. We had been on the road all day and were hungry. So we went on a few more hundred of miles to our hotel without eating. So I would say not the friendliest at all.

Not a good place to eat. A series of mistakes in the service (no forks and knives, no napkins, etc). The salmon tacos are just impossible to eat: cold and dry and awful taste. We ordered drinks that never came, etc. There are other options out there

This location failed on every level, did a online order while traveling through. Order was placed at 6:34pm and said to be done in 30 minutes. Arrived at 7pm to pick up the order and the waiting area was packed, not with dine in customers but a handful of people waiting to pick up orders. One gentleman said he had been waiting there for over an hour. A young lady came and asked our names and ensured us in order of what orders were coming out next and that they only had two cooks. Mine was apparently 2nd in line after the gentleman who was there the longest. Then around 7:22pm that same lady came out and after checking for dine in customers I ask about my order. Her reply was that they were out of one of the items on a dish that was ordered and if I wanted to substitute a item. I replied with, have you even started with our food. She said yes. I asked to get that entree refunded and I would just take what they had already started. Around 7:45pm it looked to be a cook talked to a couple of people and said they had two fryers down. But finally at 8:05pm after everyone else got their to go orders I finally got mine and the guy I thought was a cook turned out to be the manager and said he had to change the fryer oil. So my guess is everyone there was lying to cover their buts over not being able to handle a small crowd of people. And a horrible manager who lacks managing traits. Also I saw over 5 groups of people who were going to dine in walk out because of their wait. When we got our food it was low quality. Veggies were old and dry, food was Luke warm and not a good experience at all.

This is a fun place to go and popular because of its close proximity to 4 hotels. Food is good and prices are too. Service was good. I would go again. Walking distance to the hotel helps.

The restaurant and restrooms were clean...a great sign of Covid-19 awareness; plus the staff and guests were asked to still wear masks except when eating. BRYCE H, was the server. He indicated he was new, yet did an excellent job accommodating all dining necessities. The food was tasty. LAURA, one of the Managers, regularly checked with guests to make sure things were fine. This measure of effective extra service was notably appreciated by all.

The people in Elko, NV were very friendly after a long day’s drive. We went to Wingers because it was close by our hotel. We were welcomed by our server Sidney and treated very well. She efficiently took our orders and served our food, all with a smiles that were very appreciated. The food, pub food, was fine and met our needs. The beer selection was good with some local craft beers. Nice!

We walked down here from our hotel because we didn’t feel like driving around town after being in the car all day. The food wasn’t bad, not great, just decent and the prices were okay. Ordered a cocktail which was weak and didn’t taste right. So then went with a large mug of beer which was good and priced very nicely. Service was really slow and it is a loud place even at half capacity.

We ordered a to go southwest salad with ranch dressing and it came without dressing or tortilla strips. Soup we ordered was okay. Nothing special. Sadly this has happened more than once, missing parts of an order. Not sure why we have gone back but never again. Tried calling, to discuss, they did not pick up.
