The best restaurant in town! Friendly staff and AMAZING FOOD!!
Amazing steaks and great prices, cozy environment and very nice staff
Had a lunch of chicken wings (that are pretty large) and a lunch special of pork tenderloin covered with grilled onions, garlic, and pepper. The food was absolutely fantastic and the service was so friendly and attentive. I'd definitely like to come back and try their dinner as well. Highly recommend.
When we have our shows in Elko, we use Toki Ona as our breakfast spot. The past two days they served us eggs that looked like a mess of rooster juice. The waiter was rude and did not come check in with us or take the untouched plate off our bill, so I guess this will be the last time we eat at Toki Ona's. Treat your customers with respect as they pay for your bread and butter. Hope the manager reads this. June 7, 2025
1hr 10min for dinner to come out. 1 meal was served 10 min after other two.
Ordered kids steak, hamburger, and a New York.
Kids steak was a reheat steak and tasted sour; sent it back.
Hamburger meat was charred burnt.
New York was past over well done, and charred burnt too.
Salad was mushy, drenched.
Asked for manager, waited 15 minutes and was too busy.
Waitress was pleasant and fixed bill.
Only paid soup and salads and burger, $50 for 3.
Were there for 2 hours.
First & Last visit.
I assume we got the short stick, because the atmosphere was positive and reviews seem positive.
We had the grilled salmon and fillet medium rare, they were amazing. Chicken soup was delicious, salad was plain, ana potatoes we're great rest of the sides we're good but nothing fancy. The entrees would definitely have us returning.

Stopped in Elko on our way home. We were tired and looked for places to eat. We chose this restaurant and are very happy that we did. The service and food were fantastic. Monday nights soup was bean and it tasted like my grandmas.
I had the single pork chop. It was juicy and had lots of flavor. If I was at home I would have eaten everything off the bone. ? I also had a cheese potato. It was very good.
My husband had chicken Marsala with baked potato. He ate everything. It also comes with bread, salad, rice, spaghetti and green beans. We got a lot of food for $60. Well worth it.
The service was awesome too. I highly recommend this restaurant.

This was our first time in Elko, passing through on a cross-country trip. While researching we found this restaurant with quite high ratings and, as we had never had Basque food we wanted to give it a try. OMG did we make the right decision!
Apparently every entry comes as a multi-course meal. First an excellent chicken soup was brought out, followed by a quite nice creamy garlic salad. Then the main course came along with small sides of spaghetti, green beans, a sort of a rice pilaf and quite nice mini loaf of bread. My wife had a pork chop while I went with the lamb chops and we were both extremely thrilled with our choices. The wait staff were quite attentive and prompt as well as patient while answering our several questions. Then, to put an excellent cap on the whole evening, my wife ordered the bread pudding for dessert. She is an extremely harsh critic on the subject of bread puddings and said this is quite probably tied as one of the two best she's ever had. And the helpings were not at all skimpy, we had quite a stack of leftovers. We definitely will return to this restaurant if we are back in the area and so should you.

Their full parking lot last Sunday afternoon confirmed to us that we should give them a try, and we thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. SO much food, large portions, and the sides that are included with everything can really put the volume of food over the top. The staff really hustles, and it can be pretty loud, however we felt the banging dishes and customer ruckus added to the unique atmosphere.

This place blew my mind! Homemade bread, and soup brought to you without even ordering it! Food I have never heard of but had to try and loved it all, we will be back here, I promise that, just make sure you bring your appetite, very friendly staff here?
Vegetarian options: Not sure of it all because I think veggies have to have a screw loose in their heads to stop eating meat, but it was available.
Parking: Seems to have good parking right up front and on the sides, we got one right up front.
