We debated between Wendy's and McDonald. Wendy's had a 3.6 rating and McDonald had a 3.1. we got there to dine in, ordered quickly and waited forever for our food. There was more than 20 min between the people before us and us even if we ordered at about the same time. They were gone before we were served. The drink machine was out of most of the drinks. We ordered an iced coffee and got it with cream. Definitely not the best experience.

$47 for three people, ordered the high dollar baconator, and we left hungry. Thought we would try their dessert special and the sizes were comically tiny. No worries about getting fat here. Large = small, junior = micro. Times have changed. But it isn't just here, it is the industry. Where's the beef?

Have messed the simplest of orders multiple times. Sausage muffins hard as a rock. Didn't get double cheese and ranch as paid for. Smells like raw sewage in dinning area

Went there around 0900 nothing was set up, staff looked very stoned, food was terrible, definitely a thumbs down for mee. But I guess that's what happens when you work for 5 bucks an hour.

I placed an order with DoorDash today to have them Deliver Wendy’s to me at a training session at the college. For some reason Door Dash made me go pick up the order, so I had to leave the training to pick up the food. Wendy’s never received it, none of us had heard of DoorDash making to customer pick up the order. It was quite weird. The employees were all fantastic and super friendly. The manager provided me with the order and said he would sort it out with DoorDash later. I am very impressed with the kindness that was shown. Thank you for providing great service. Plus the food was excellent.
Dietary restrictions: They do excellent with lettuce wrapped burgers and other special requests.

This is the absolute best Wendy's I've been too. I should have taken a picture of how perfect the burger was, but it was too good so I just ate it up. They also started they had to make a fresh batch of lemonade for my drink and it was perfect. It took a little longer but they were excellent in the communication so it wasn't an issue. We would go here again for a quick meal while heading through the Elko area
