The staff was nice and quick, the place looked pretty clean, and even tho the self ordering kiosks went down they help right away.

I had an absolutely terrible experience at Wendy’s today. I pulled up to the drive-thru, excited to grab some breakfast, only to be told they were *out of everything*. No breakfast items, not even basic things like coffee or hash browns. I asked if they had anything available, and the woman at the intercom snapped, “I already told you, we’re out of everything,” as if I was inconveniencing her just by asking.

I tried to remain polite and ask for any other options, but she was incredibly rude and clearly annoyed by my questions. I’ve never been treated so poorly at a fast food place before. I understand that sometimes things run out, but the lack of customer service and the rude attitude made this experience miserable. I won’t be returning anytime soon. Avoid this Wendy’s if you want decent service and food.

Went through the drive through and ordered ghost pepper nuggets ranch and a drink. Got my drink and my nuggets no ranch, no napkins, and no straw. Definitely not the right nuggets either. .

By far the worst experience I’ve had at Wendy’s. The fries were rock hard, the soda was flat for all five of us that ate there, and we waited 20 minutes only to find out they hadn’t started the order because we chose to pay cash. Which ironically, there was a sign above the register that said paying with cash, order here. They told us to order on the kiosk instead. Hopefully they improve.

FTW Forever

Their quality varies. Their food is usually good, but some workers are seemingly nice and some other workers are snarky & weird. Sadly, this seems to be the best that fast food places can do in Elko, Nevada. Elko is a small wannabe California, which really sucks.

They only gave me 1 straw and there were 2 of us. The food was pretty good but I got a spicy chicken sandwich and the chicken fell out of the sandwich when I took a bite. This place deserves a 3 star rating.

Andrew the supervisor needs to learn how to be part of a management program and be fair to his employees. Went in to find out that it's a biased-system atmosphere. Employees overworked and unappreciated. His workers can't take breaks but he can? Not management material. Plus the fact that the restaurant was run by someone OTHER than the "management" is just crazy..... managers are paid for manager material. Food was edible at best but if management was doing their fair share of work... maybe it could have been better!! 2 of 10!

If I could give a negative amount of stars i would, walked into the lobby and stood there for a couple minutes and lady in the back said you have to make your order at the kiosk, I continued to stand there while being ignored by the 2 employees behind the counter, asked to speak with the manager and a third employee in the dining room went behind the counter, then the "manager" walked out of the office and said "you don't have to use the kiosk but we prefer it" there were no customers inside or in the drive through, I could understand if they were busy but just lazy I believe

Your children that you hire are a joke and have no customer service whatsoever. Closed hella early due to being too lazy to work. Just sad. Find better employees with better work
