Ordered three large chili’s with no onions or cheese. Got home and it’s nothing but watered down stew! Was gross. Called and spoke with the manager. All we got told was its procedure to re heat the chili with water. You can drink it with a straw! Was disgusting. The baconator was dry too. The Wendy’s on Idaho street is much better! With their customer service and food.

Overall disappointing experience. Thankfully the food was good.This store have five kiosks for you to place your order on. We walked up to the counter because we prefer a team member to take our order - after waiting a bit, no one looked at us, so we starting placing an order on one of the kiosks. Come to find out, this kiosk was cash only, and after getting an employees attention for help, she points to a sign above our heads and says “yeah, these kiosks are cash only.” By that point, our whole order had disappeared from the kiosk. We then had to replace our order again..Just very inconvenient and annoying because we wanted a team member to take our order in the first place.We then received our order, and checked the bag for everything. There was no spoon for the frosty. After searching and then asking for one, the manager informs us they are out. She said “that’s why we put a fork in your bag.”The fact they were out of spoons is one thing, but to then not tell us, and assume we know that’s what the fork is for is just poor customer service.There is also a Walmart one minute away, they could have gotten spoons.Zero regard for customer service at this location.

I was surprised to see they were absolutely empty in the dining area. I didn't look at the drive thru. The service was okay. The food was good but a little pricey for fast food.

I am a trucker. And I'm on a strict deadline to deliver my shipments. I was refused service because I drive a box truck it could not go through the drive-thru. When I politely conveyed my situation to the worker and manager I was denied service until they open the dining room.

Whoever was working the window (younger girl, dark hair) around 1:30pm today was sunshine in human form! She made our hard day happy. I'll definitely be back because of her kindness and cheerful attitude!

I received my food wrapped horribly and the customer service was OUTRAGES they were incredibly rude. Seems like management or SOMEONE should do a clean up. I’m so sick of dealing with the same rude workers every time I go there. GROW UP AND ACT RIGHT. These people don’t need jobs.
