Small order of biscuits and gravy with 3 sausage links and a coffee! All for $3.22! Look at all that gravy! Hmmmmhmm good. Thanks for serving this delicious breakfast between 6-9am. Prices for groceries are a bit high, but not many options in Ely. I would rather support a local grocer and butcher than a national or corporate chain anyway.
The highlights are the deli sandwhiches, bakery and meat selection. The lowlights are produce quality and selection. Bakery had a small selection of sugar free and gluten-free. They specialize in big puffy white breads, popular in Mexican baking. Meat selection often includes less popular cuts like lamb.
Don't be fooled by the achingly plain interior. If you are game, step up to the little kiosk and order breakfast or lunch. The sour dough biscuits and rolls are to die for. Baked sweet items are also good. Ditto for the croissants. House made chicken noodle soups. Recommend!
