We decided to check Bruno's out despite not seeing any vegan options on the menu. Luckily, they were able to make us sandwiches without the meat and adding items from the salad bar! Yum, they were good. The homemade bread was a plus. I think putting a vegetarian item on the menu would be helpful - we almost went somewhere else! Also - we were going to do the salad bar but couldn't bring ourselves to use the Styrofoam containers provided - this is the only negative point I have. We were eating inside - providing plates would be so much better (or paper or compostable containers for to go). Styrofoam is made of carcinogens, is non-biodegradable and can't be recycled. :(

Vegetarian options: You can make a veggie sandwich using your own ingredients from the salad bar. Sprouts, beans, peppers and more… it was amazing!!

They have a grate salad bar that they charge by the pound and good sandwiches, Atmosphere was clean with plenty of parking and wheelchair accessible.

Passing through on the way to Vegas. Wanted an easy lunch that wasn’t a chain. We hit the jackpot. AMAZING subs on beautiful fresh rolls. Roast beef was home roasted. Got a whole sandwich and it was too much food! Wrapped up the other half and ate it for dinner. Amazing value and we’re sad we don’t live close enough to be regular customers.
Vegetarian options: I did the salad bar. The salad bar is great. Not sure about the sandwich selection yet. But was worth it
