Our steaks were a little undercooked but the took them back and seared them a little more.

Always a great stop. If you're looking for a nice restaurant in the area, you have to stop by Cellblock Steakhouse at the Jailhouse Casino. Tucked away into the back is a intimate, and fun experience as you make your way to your own Cellblock to enjoy your fine dining experience. Steak was cooked perfectly, the garlic butter and chimichura was some of the best I've had. Definitely recommend this place if you are driving through Ely!

The food sucked, they need a new cook that knows the difference between well and medium meats. 2 steaks and a burger all cooked wrong, lobster tail not cooked right. My meal alone was taken off but would have been $60, for that price i feel it should be cooked right. We are staying at this hotel but ill never eat here again. The only reason we ate here was my husband wanted a baked potatoe and not even that was good. Fire that cook and get someone that makes the food worth the prices you're asking for.

We had the ribeye and it was all fat and grizzle. $42 each and we could only eat about 1/2 of it. We asked for medium rare but when we got it it was rare so we had to send it back. Not a good place

Service, and atmosphere were quite good. One 8 oz filet was $54. It came with a garden salad, dinner rolls, and 1 asparagus spear, 1 flower broccoli, and a single small carrot slice. All that for $54.00!!
The steak was good, however...not 54 dollars worth. We were seated in a small 'cell', which was pretty cool.

I really wanted to like this place, but unfortunately, my experience was disappointing. The restaurant was clearly understaffed, and it took over an hour to get my order. The food was overpriced for what it was, and the long wait really affected the overall experience.

That said, the staff were very polite and friendly, which I truly appreciated. They did their best under the circumstances, but the service delays and high prices make it hard for me to recommend this restaurant.

Wow great food and service. Once in a lifetime potato! Impressive even from an Idaho and perspective

Everything we ordered was fresh and delicious - bread hot and fresh served with garlic butter and an herbal dressing.
Standouts: baseball cut sirloin perfectly cooked medium rare great seasoning.
Corn ribs - a riff on elote. Fried cut in half horizontally - dusted with parmesan and a side of spicy mayo for dipping or slathering.
Kara our server was attentive and friendly - a real treat on our road trip.
A plus: the cellblock theme means we had our own personal cell.

Well the steak was depressing I expected way better for an 80 dollar steak. 89.00 just for a 14 Oz Ribeye and fries
