What a great time I had at this little gem of a bar in Ely Nevada. There was a three man band playing live music on one of the saturday nights when I was in there. They were awesome. I got to play some pool games and do a little dancing too. And after a few cocktails I could walk back to my motel avioding any drinking and driving. How nice is the Club Rio in Ely Nv. Real nice.

Waited at bar for at least five minutes to see if anybody was actually working there. Place was empty. Finally an old lady comes shuffling in. Doesn’t say hello, doesn’t acknowledge me. Her phone rings and she answers is and then stands there and talks to the person. I got up and left. Weird vibe. Not friendly at all.

Best place to go in Ely by far ! We were there for one night and clearly it was the best night of our trip ! You’ll really feel in America in all it’s wonders ! Karaoke and incredible ambiance ! Ask for Tovi, if she’s there, your night might take a different turn... Don’t hesitate to go have fun at Rio !

I was in a band that came from Milwaukee to play there, and we were treated like The Beatles. There wasn’t a single person there that was anything less than wonderful. I live in Chicago and wish I could bring everyone here to open a Club Rio here.

The funnest club I’ve been to in a long time. Cari is awesome and always keeps you laughing with her stories and rhymes. We always feel like we’re at home when we’re there and make it a point to go there anytime we are able. Club Rio rocks!
