I never leave a review but in this case something needs to be said. One of the worst taco trucks I have ever been to. Way to over priced, was not given what I ordered, and waited twenty five minutes for three burrito's. Very disappointed. So much for be local buy local.

I am not ashamed to say I am a Mexican food snob. I normally hate rice and beans (mission style) on my burritos. We tried the Big Boy Burritos, and it was AMAZING! We will be back to try a little of everything on the menu! Great prices, friendly staff, AMAZING COOK, and service with a smile. Definitely recommend for a quick bite to eat!

For this assignment I will be reviewing a restaurant as if I was writing a review for yelp! The restaurant I am reviewing is Margarita's which can be found in Ely, Nevada. 4.5/5 stars This is one of my favorite spots for a bite to eat! The service is great and the food is terrific! The restaurant is located inside a hotel and casino, and the decorations are very unique. Because it is a casino, there is smoking allowed inside, but in Margarita's you cannot smell the smoke at all; a huge bonus! Whenever I go there, the staff quickly finds me a place to sit and immediately there bring out chips and salsa. If you want some cabbage and/or queso for an alternative to salsa they have that too! The chips taste SO GOOD! They have the perfect combination of salt and oil and are quite warm, as if right out of the oven! (They probably are) The mild salsa is very good; the cabbage is my favorite though. It's crunchy and has just the right amount of spice. The spicy salsa is also very nice, although I think it tastes a bit like beans. On to the entree! I usually order the carne asada. On the plate is rice and meat and beans, which I can make a small burrito with the three tortillas the servers provide for me. They have the option between flour and corn tortillas too! The meat is so tangy and delicious, I leave always wanting more! The steak fajitas are a superb choice as well. If anyone here wants a recommendation, I would say Margarita's is a great choice for all occasions! The service is good, and while it is located inside a casino, it is a quick walk from the door to the restaurant. I always leave Margarita's satisfied and I bet you will too.

What a letdown. This place was recommended by others that came thru Ely, so I had to try it out. Thursday night and had to wait for a seat, usually a good sign but not this time. I ordered the burrito enchilada combo, at least the picture looked good. It was the absolute worst, even the beans were tasteless watery warm outside cold inside. I splurged for an additional cost and got the shredded beef. Tasteless and lonesome ... nothing else but tough tasteless chunky beef. I'll never come back ! Oh the service was very good, but no one ever asked how my meal was. They probably know better. 2 stars for service none for the food. Oh and if you use a card to pay , there is an additional 3.5% charged.
Wonderful food and great service. We have been traveling for two weeks and this meal surpassed all others. We both had the small combination taco and enchilada plate served with great rice and retried beans. Highly recommend the raspberry margarita..at $6.00 I was amazed at its size and yumminess!

The shredded beef taco was good, however, the enchilada was not good. My wife was not happy with her meal. Salsa had virtually no taste, although there were two, spicy and regular. Service was good.

I ordered the cheese enchilada plate and it came quick considering we were in a huge group! Food was amazing and the margaritas were great and inexpensive too! Definitely will be back!

Had dinner at Margaritas, we had a very large party and the staff did great with keeping up on drinks and the orders. We received our food in a timely manner. My friend had the cheese enchilada plate and I had the shredded chicken enchiladas which were great. I will definitely be coming back when I visit Ely again.
