The girl that is working the chicken place is super rude and snappy at the customers. She was yelling at me and throwing the items i had ordered around like she was angry. Her customer service skills are trash. I will be telling anyone who listens to not visit this chicken spot. Its a shame because we went out of our way to get the Krunchy chicken. She was also rude and choppy to my coworkers that had gone with me to get the fried chicken i had been raving about. Management has to do better.

I got ripped off. I ordered a 3 piece chicken on special for $5.99. She asked me what sauce, I said gravy. The cashier charged me $9.99. I asked her why, and she said she had to charge me for a side order for the half cup of gravy. I told her I didn't order a side dish, but she still argued and charged me anyway. At Jollibee, you get way better chicken that always comes with free gravy for a dipping sauce. What a scam!
