Traveling from wendover down to Las Vegas I stopped in at this place because the reviews looked pretty good. Well, I was not disappointed. Food was excellent.

I made the right choice.
Exactly what you’d expect from a dank down home Mexican restaurant:
8 million menu items, Serve yourself salsa station, smells of cleaning solution, random Mexican candy grocery items…
Carnitas burrito absolutely slayed. Doesn’t even really need salsa, super juicy. 10/10 wounds slam again

Who would’ve thought this little Mexican restaurant in the middle of Nevada would be so good! Ordered the asada burrito and it came out within just a few minutes. So delicious and juicy! Definitely make this stop if you’re in town.

¡Increíble! I went here today at 12:30 pm and easily found a booth. I ordered Combo #16 (Chicken Chimichanga with Beans & Rice). My partner ordered Combo #6 (Beef Taco & Chicken Enchilada with Beans & Rice). I also ordered three Beef Rolled Tacos for us to share and two Tres Leches Cakes for dessert. The friendly cashier that took my order offered to hold the Tres Leches Cakes in the cooler until we were ready for dessert, which was great. My partner and I agree, this was by far the best Mexican food we've had in a long, long time. I loved sampling the different red and green hot sauces they provided on a little condiment bar. Also on the bar were lime wedges, which i appreciated. I must say, the Pico de Gallo on the bar was so fresh and delicious. Everything was just perfect and the portion sizes were extremely generous. Today was my first visit to a Rolberto's anywhere, and I'm really impressed! I can't wait to go back and try more things on their menu.

You would never guess it being that it's located in a gas station all the way out in a town like Ely but the Mexican food here is outstanding. Definitely as good as you can find in a place like Vegas or even SoCal. They have a HUGE menu, big portions, reasonable prices and the service is always friendly. Any time my wife and I pass through town, we always make it a point to stop in for a breakfast burrito or if it's later on in the day, a California burrito and a chicken quesadilla. I also love the fact that they have a salsa bar with 2 different red (spicy HOT is available) and green sauces, pico de gallo, cilantro, limes and even jalapenos with carrots. Obviously, being a fast food restaurant, this isn't a fine dining establishment but the seating area is clean and comfortable if you're not wanting to make a drive thru purchase. This is definitely a place I would recommend if a quick south of the border meal is what you're looking for.

Shared the 16” monster burrito with my husband. It was so good! We devoured it. We also tried all the salsas from their salsa bar. Will definitely stop by again on our next drive through Ely!

This was a pretty good place overall. I liked the food for sure. And big helpings. This place was clean and tidy .
Vegetarian options: Not sure what else to say.
Parking: Easy access and plenty of spaces to park
Kid-friendliness: I did see a children's menu and they had kids there eating. Also had booster seats and highchairs
Wheelchair accessibility: They had a wheel chair ramp and selected seats that had space for a wheel chair to be.
