Stopped in on our trip to Utah. We were starving and this was the perfect place! Large portion sizes with lots of options. The carne asada plate was AMAZING. The salsas at the little bar were so good. It reminds me of home in El Paso. Would def recommend stopping by.My husband said if he lived here he would try every option!Parking: Park at the Dino Mart

Best shredded beef burrito anywhere!! Traveling through to AZ.. when ever other Taqueria is raising prices and making everything smaller.... not Rolbertos!! Their burrito is as big as they were in the 90s!! All beef with pico! Awesome! See you next month when I'm heading to WA...

This place screws up my order 60% of the time when I go there. I order and even explain what it is i want a second time and verify that they understand...... and its still wrong. But I can't stay upset because even the screwed up order is delicious!! I wish they had a chorizo burrito that wasn't a breakfast burrito with potatoe in it. Just a regular burrito with chorizo.

My brother and I both had a “California” burrito. That was the worst burrito I have ever had. I will say I am probably so disappointed because I had high expectations based on the reviews. Man was this a letdown.Service made us feel as if we were inconveniencing them by stopping by and grabbing food.I have never left a bad review in my life so hopefully that says something.
