Zero stars. Absolutely terrible customer service. We waited in line at the counter register for over 25 mins while the employees in back ignored multiple customers waiting for food. This crew needs to be fired and new management needs to step in. When I asked what they were even doing they explained they were working the drive through. Which wasn't even open. Slackers, no motivation to work or helping anyone take an order. We walked out along with 8 other people behind us.100% garbage work ethic. Makes us glad we didn't even get food there because they can't be trusted for anything.

Sunday afternoon August 1st upon entering the local Shell station with Taco Time and Subway employees were rude the floor behind the counters are disgustingly filthy and when mentioned I was asked to leave their stores. It doesn't matter how busy they are it takes one person to clean the tables and sweep up the floor when mentioned I was mad with highly volatile men telling me to leave their store because their store is filthy!

We were amazed that they had run out of Crisp Meat Burritos... tables were dirty and employees were too busy to clean them off.... live Taco Time food but this one needs some help

Went there for lunch and watched the kid about throw my food on the floor when putting it up in warmer. Then after it touched the counter in warmer. So not knowing how clean that counter in warmer was, he picked it up and just stuck it back in wrapper and in the bag and when I asked if it was my food almost on floor. He laughed an said yes. So with that said I work in fast food. And this customer service and the way it was handled was not good! That's why I dont eat there much being a local!!!

After a long day of driving we just wanted a little food to keep going, first of all we stood, not in a line, just in front, ready to order. Finally we got to order, everyone around us, some ordered before us some after us and they all got their orders. I went up and they said oh we are making it now. Finally we got our order and it wasn't even what we ordered, but we were on the road again so we couldn't take it back. This place is HORRIBLE . I will NEVER go there again. I recommend noone go there. Oh unless you live around there and have friends that work there. Seems they get the good stuff and fast. I am done, so upset. Totally ?.

In the little town of Ely Nevada resides a loudmouth girl named Leah who works at Taco Time inside of a gas station. She has the mistaken notion that she is powerful and important and loudly tells off another employee for taking a break (all could hear whether we wanted to or not ) and then a family came in with masks in hand. Rather than nicely asking for them to please put them on, she again yells at them with the apparent goal of humiliating them. She is rude, loud and obnoxious and by no means an asset to the company.
Tacos, yeah, very delicious. This place will surprise you. I will be back with my coworkers. The bill was decent for the quality.

be very careful... this place is not clean whatsoever at all, and should be reprimanded by many.. i wish i would've been able to take pictures, however after being released from the hospital- i didn't have the time .. was spent waiting for somebody to order, told to sit in dirtiest waiting room you have ever seen in your life. minus the facts we have the corona-virus- what are you doing to peoples, y'all??! terribly bad without plagues, they only just laughed over how filthy it was? wow.

If I could give a 0 I would. We get in the line is long for subway no one at cash register for taco time finally someone comes up, the lady I am assuming manager the way she yells at everyone was rude! With masks you need to understand what a customer asks. She rang up our order and when told to read I couldnt exactly see with with plastic cover pole and plexiglass cover in front of register. I noticed after paying that the order I gave her was NOT included. and noticed she left out 1st meal we ordered. AND PROCEEDS to yell at me for not reading small print correct. Could have rang up my order with out her yelling at me. I said fine and walked away. My husband had to go back and order so i could have lunch before continuing our trip.I have NEVER been treated the way she treated me. We travel thru ELY monthly and eat here often and will NEVER again stop in. Others in line heard me state what I wanted as a guy told me when getting my drink said he also heard me and she was not paying attention. She was too lazy to read order back as most do. Name of server was Leah. Horrible service! Food was decent. Husbands tots were like warm and mine were hot. So fodder was so so this trip. This complaint will also go to corporate. This treatment t should never be allowed.

I wish I didn’t have to give any stars... It’s second time in a week I come here and they are out of crisp meat burritos.. they try to sell me the crisp chicken and even told me I would get the meat price ($2 difference)..
