Probably will never give a Qdoba my business again after how poor of an experience I had at this location. Staff sucked, cant handle 4 customers over a 15 minute span. Literally either don’t give a shit about the customers orders or are extremely poorly trained. Management, do better for your store and staff. Looking at previous reviews it seems its an ongoing problem.

Unfortunately the bowls were not fresh. Me and my partners bowls tasted really off. Very sour, the lettuce was rotting, rice was dry like it was cooked the previous day. We ate a bit and when we realized tossed it. We are both feeling sick after eating there. Been to other Qdobas and didn't expect this.

I like the food here, but their service is dismal. My last three delivery orders from them, the orders were wrong. Last order, I ordered a cookie and it didn't come. The order before that I ordered diet coke and they gave me regular coke (with a sticker plastered on it that clearly said diet). This time they gave me someone else's bowl along with mine and shorted me chips and queso and a drink. The chips and queso was what I was actually craving. You follow up with the delivery person, they say call the store. You click the button in the app to call them, it goes to some other number where they say it hasn't been the Qdoba number for 2 years. This is in Qdoba's own app. Call the number they have in their Google profile, nobody ever answers and it goes to a robo-voice mail which sounds like it's never been set up. Messages left are never answered.

There was only 1 person working the counter who was a trainee, and 1 person at the grill. The only other employee was behind the counter on her cell phone. We had to wait to be served over 5 minutes with only 1 person ahead of us. Then they were out of guacamole. We left.

It’s very disappointing when you drive here and they are closing the restaurant 10-30 minutes early EVERYDAY! Came by for the 3rd time today and they were closed. Personally I just think it’s just unprofessional to be closing the store with the doors locked while the business should still be open just so the employees can go home faster. Once in a while sure but everyday? Why not just close the business earlier and update your store hours online ?

This place used to be good before the new manager came in and cracked down on portion sizes. Now you get 50% of the amount at full price. Decent food, but I would just pick a different location.

I love QDOBA and I always go to the Stephanie location. I was on this side of town and stopped at this location. The service was awful. 0/10. Very unfriendly, the lady had a ton of attitude, and she was overall very unwelcoming and mean. Tried to charge me for 3 tacos when I got 2. Won’t come back to this one unfortunately. Make the drive to the Stephanie location!

The food tastes good. But i had a problem with the service. As soon as i walked towards the beginning of the line, it was just me mind you… the two ladies disappeared for a while. I was standing there waiting for someone to get my order. Then when it was time to order.. i felt rushed and the lady did not seem to understand what i wanted and she didnt seem pleased serving my food either. Mt portions were so small. I am so disappointed. The food tastes good though. But i think chipotle has better service..

Had an issue with delivery due to incorrect street name never recieved my order and the driver did not contact me. Called and visited the store, very unhelpful store manager and Customer support representative. Wanted to make me pay again for another order that I never recieved. I used to really enjoy eating at Qdoba since I used frequent them in Maryland and Las Vegas but with poor a very poor customer experience I don't think I want to eat here any more. As a manger, you learn that servicing the customer, issue resolution and providing a customer experience that makes a customer want to return to your business is paramount. This was not done at this location.

I’ve been coming to this location for years, and whenever I’m in the area, it’s always my go to spot for lunch. The atmosphere is consistently welcoming, and the food is always great. Alejandra, the manager, clearly takes pride in ensuring the restaurant is well prepared and ready to serve its customers. Highly recommend!
