It would have been a dine in, but we arrived 40 minutes before closing and were told that because they were about to close that we couldn't use the dining area.. I could understand if we were arriving five minutes before closing, but that wasn't the case. Food was good, service was lacking..

Long story short; Go to Cafe rio or Chipotle?Food was okay; not great. Service wasn’t good. Employees were not patient with us while choosing what we wanted to eat. And they mistakenly charged my mom for my plate.

If I could give it negative -5 stars I would. I love Qdoba but I’ve never experienced such rude staff. Rude enough that I’m actually leaving a review. They looked like they hated their customers and I ate in and noticed it was with everyone not just me. What’s the attitude for? Yea, that’s a never again for me. I’m coming to eat not deal with someone’s miserable wife.

This restaurant is AMAZING!!! Not only do they have a keto menu the food tastes amazing!!! They also have sugar-free drinks so if you are on a keto diet, this place is the place to be.!! Friendly staff as well. Definitely enjoyed my food will be my new spot from now on.

Honestly this place used to be one of our favorite go to’s but lately they’ve been horrible at delivery. The last two times we’ve ordered from them, they legit forgot to put the protein in our food… how are you going to send out a chicken bowl with zero chicken in it? I can’t tell if these employees just don’t care about their work or are just so apathetic it doesn’t matter, but regardless this place used to be held to a better standard.Disappointing I don’t think we will be eating here anymore, shame too because we stopped going to chipotle for its overpriced bowls, now Qdoba is letting us down…shame.

The worst management ever, they say they are open till 10 pm on google and we reached the location by 930 pm, the person who was taking the order was so rude, she says she doenst have fajitas and complains we have arrived at the closing time and were not even ready to take the order politely. Haven't seen such a rude service in years. Will never go there again!

I came in early for lunch, ordered the Southwest steak burrito at $10.75 and a fountain drink for around $2.99. The burrito was pretty good for the price and was hot, comes with steak, rice, beans, corn, sauce and cilantro. They don't seem to take cash here, only cards. The restaurant is very clean, and the servers were nice. Overall, I had a good first time experience.

They where very rude to me I am six months pregnant and I ask to use the bathroom the short lady told me no I even let her know I was expecting. She gave me a shrug shoulder and completely ignored me. I feel offended and disappointed as well discussed. She told me I had to buy something first to use the restroom.She didn't know if I was eating in or not I could of bought something on my way out. Not only that I ask for her manager she said she not here again with a bad attitude.Then I ask for cooperate number and her name and again with a attitude she said I can't it like what ever happened to costumer first.They should not have them type off people working at thae restaurant.So please to those that are seening this please dont go.They are extremely rude especially to a six month pregnant mother.

I received an email from qdoba offering a free entree for my birthday. I drive 15 minutes to this location just because of the email. I arrive, and the app won't display my "scan" barcode. I show the employee the app is not responding and then I show the email I received from qdoba. With my food prepared sitting in front of me, the employee just rudely smiles in my face and keeps refusing to help me or accept what I'm showing her and therefore refuses to give me my food. I asked for a manager, and they said they were not here. Sooooo RUDE!!! I LITERALLY DRIVE THERE BECAUSE QDOBA TOLD ME TO, AND THEN A QDOBA EMPLOYEE TREATS ME WITH RUDENESS AND REFUSAL AFTER SHOWING ALL THE MALFUNCTION OF THEIR APP AND PROOF OF EMAIL. HOW STUPID!!!SO WHAT YOU THREW IT AWAY AND LOST A CUSTOMER? NICE.Great Business ?
