If I could have gave it a ā5 I would have. After looking online at the prices, and the food looked delicious, my husband went. (I guessed to the new one opened up there on Main Street, further up from the purple shack.) The prices went up considerably. The Swiss burger online is $9. Once you get there and order it, it jumps up to $15.99. We have went to the purple shack and ate several times and never had a complaint. We went to the new place and nothing but kids operating it. My Swiss burger had been overcooked, black on both sides, and I wanted it medium well. Very, very few mushrooms, and sauteed onions (which I ordered extra). They also had put tomato and shredded lettuce on the burger, which does not come on the Swiss burger.. my husband ordered a philly dog, which looked and tasted like it was microwaved, it had very few bell peppers. Over $40 for a hot dog and a hamburger. We could've went to Wendy's for a better meal than that. Needless to say, we will not be returning there to eat, ever. Everything was just disgusting, made me sick literally. I hope they really take a look at this review and maybe make a few changes would be nice. I've never had to make such a bad review.

Food: 7 outta 10. Lot of fried stuff to choose from. Some salads too fortunately. Lemonaide: 10 outta 10. Good stuff! Staff: very attentive and nice. Flies abound in inside, unfortunately. Affordable though, which is nice these days!

Iāve been here a handful of times in the last 3 months since they moved locations, and I always used to love this place, and the new building is great.
But somehow, EVERY time we come, theyāre out of stock on at least half of the menu. Iāve always ordered Taki fries, and they havenāt been able to make them for months because ātheyāre out of takisā, but itās really just a bacon and cheese fry with takis on top, and they canāt just make it without them, āthey donāt have a button for thatā, or a way to just make a loaded fry that isnāt a Philly Cheesteak fry, or a plain Parmesan Fry.
On our last visit, we stood and waited for someone to serve us for almost 10 minutes, while at least 3 different people walked by and said āsomeone will be right there, I promiseā.
Honestly just very disappointed with the lack of attention being paid to most items on their food menu, when itās all clearly going to the bar half of the new location instead.

My visit here was less than anything but stellar! Warmly greeted by the staff and had a short wait for a table. The fish and chips basket was absolutely delicious and I loved the crispy batter on the fish! I ordered drinks for me and a friend who dined with me. I must say my White Russian that I had was exceptionally prepared and the best cocktail in my entire life as Brea the bartender knows how to make an awesome cocktail! Very wonderful experience here and will definitely return again.
