I've eaten at this Arby's for a while now. About a week ago I got food poisoning from a French dip and fries. I tried to call to report it and got a generic voicemail, no one answered so it wasn't reported. I was too sick to go in person. Tonight I came in to get a pizza at godfathers (Mary is awesome by the way) and walked to arbys counter to get a soda while I waited for my pizza. The woman who worked there, I think her name was Jen*?), came from the drive thru window and said in a very rude voice, "do you need something?" Not "can I help you" or something equally polite and professional. Very rude. Arby's in Fernley needs new management or something.

It's an Arby's and when you're hungry it does the trick I've gotten one bad meal out of like 10 that seem to be a very isolated incident.

The store reeks of old smoke and vomit, they need some serious smell abatement. Probably need to shut down the casino area, gut it completely, and rebuild it from ground to roof as a non-smoking space.
I don't know how anyone could find anything food related at all appealing in that stink.

Live Arby’s don’t like eating in much but it is one of my favorite take out restaurants I travel very far to eat at them the roast beef and cheddar is a classic I never not order one truly

First off, the inside is pretty skibbish. The tables are obviously not cleaned all the way, and that’s what cost this review a star. However, the food was delicious and I ate that buffalo chicken burger like it was a fanum taxed food.
The drink size actually corresponds to how big it is! Medium was medium sized ?
The sauces are delicious but the ‘spicy’ one wasn’t even one bit spicy ???
I got the crinkle fries too, they’re like mid without the sauce so yeah.
I would recommend this skibidi rizz place ?
Parking: Not many spots but enough for the people here. Never really crowded at all.

I am surprised that this place is in business. Fries are stale and cold both. Horrible. Classic Roast beef sandwich is equally cold. How can you possibly stay in business? Fries are just plain inedible. A complete waste of money.

Waited for 10 minutes for "fresh fries" yet when they brought out the food they were cold. Got the gyro but it was just bad. Have had them before gyro is my go-to at Arby's but it was just sad this time. I'm a two strikes and I'm done kinda guy so they get one more shot
Aiden was good getting our food. Now the manager she was Ehhh. My loaded chic bacon fries was old stale fries..asked for extra cheese well had to have cheese for there to be extra. Pretty sure the older lady with the mask on wore it to the bathroom then went back into restaurant with it still on. Lovely. Gloves don't need to be worn if you are going to touch food then touch the touch screen with same gloves, Run them.along the steel table. Yah no. Out of ice in the ice machine. I let them know. As I was leaving still no ice. Do better. My hubby drives a semi and I ride with and we were looking forward to hot fresh food.

Arby’s is my all-time favorite fast food restaurant. I have tried several of their entrees but I always return to the roast beef sandwich. I am glad you can buy their sauces to have at home for many different uses.
