I always order for delivery from Fernley. Usually good. Today it was luke warm and very little sauce and topping. Not sure if new people but they need to learn how to make pizza and get it delivered in timely manner so it's hot

Not sure why the employees have a hard time with cutting their pizzas. Anytime we order, we order square cut Not pie cut. But they not only pie cut it, but they can't even cut it all the way through! Something this simple is so difficult for them. And always have to go back because they forgot a side of food we ordered.

The Manager Misty hid from singing legal papers 3 times and now my daughter had to get help from the state to force them to get things done! We was polite and smoothly told them this needs to be done now. That was the first time We are disabled time and the stress they are puttng on her severely epileptic father ?????

This store is the worst domino’s in existence. The only positive thing is EVERY time I order from this place, i get “rewarded” with a free pizza for their ineptness. I think I’ve only bought one pizza from this place. Each time I end up having to complain because it’s wrong, late, etc.
