I’m from North Charleston, SC but I reside in Virginia Beach, VA neither of these cities have a Jack-in-the-Box so when I came to the West Coast for a work trip for a month, I had to come visit. The first visit made me fall in love. I love Jack-in-the-Box. Everytime that I’ve gone during this work trip I get excellent customer service. The employees are friendly and sweet and my food is always cooked and even packaged to perfection. My friends and coworkers even agree. The best part is that they’re open until 1:30 AM and you can order breakfast lunch or dinner all day. If you’ve never been to Jack-in-the-Box, I’m telling you go visit one today!!!

Food was cold. I mean the fires where as cold as the drink and the wedges that we paid extra cheese for didn’t even have extra cheese and where still frozen. Asked for curly fries and were charged for it and received regular. Tacos were still frozen. Glad we paid an extra charge for cheese that wasn’t there and curly fries that weren’t given. Definitely won’t be returning and we are locals. Didn’t even receive a receipt to see who the person or cost of everything was. Order 12/11/24 @ around 11:30pm. Thank you for pushing us to another fast food place in town.

I typically go to this chain for fast food mistreatment and occasional foodborne illness, and then review with similar gratitude for the mental and physical anguish I would pay real money to inflict upon no one other than myself. This was different, to say the least, and I was flabbergasted by their drive thru speed, the order was not only fresh, but correct even. I couldn't believe it. The iced tea for my wife was not yellow water, and my fountain Coke was on point. The curly fries were perfectly cooked, the patty melt I had was delicious, my wife had regular fries which were also freshly cooked and they didn't even have a rogue mini taco or other wild fried thing which is typical of this chain's invasive species list. Her burger, a single jack with extra cheese was also good. I think I can't believe what I'm saying, but I think I will be back here again for food. Food I can't complain about, that actually tastes good. From Jack in the Box...wtf?

I recently went to Jack in the Box in Fernley, and it was a terrible experience. The food was gross and cold—my burger was barely warm, the fries were soggy, and the tacos were awful. They were greasy, bland, and didn’t taste fresh at all. On top of that, the service was slow, and the staff didn’t seem too concerned about the quality of the food. Definitely won’t be returning anytime soon. Not worth it at all.
