I ordered online and waited like 5 mins before I even came thru the drive thru and they still told me to park around front. Why does this happen every time I come here? What is even the point of ordering in advance if I’m still being told to wait? There was even someone else in front of me that caused me to wait and they could have made the food and still didn’t.

Fast food isn’t fast anymore.

I ordered through doordash and 2 out of three of us ordered teriyaki bowls. My dasher called me when he got there and informed me that they did not have teriyaki bowls. (Not certain why they would have something available on their menu that they didn't physically have, but I guess that is a precursor for the customer service that was provided.) I asked to be able to swap for chicken tenders and the manager told my dasher that it was not possible and I would have to contact doordash for a refund. At that point, I was going to get one meal for 3 people so I canceled my order. Then I spent 30 minutes with doordash figuring out the refund. I am not sure why the manager would not have allowed us to substitute for chicken tenders when it would have actually costed less. This experience has led me to never want to spend money at any Jack in the Box. What poor customer service they have. The owner should be ashamed. Do not go to Jack in the Box if you expect to have gmdecent customer service.

If I could give ZERO stars, I would. Unlike In-n-Out Burger, this place is a disaster ! When we walked in, not one person acknowledged us. We had no idea we had to use the kiosk to order. Our 1st and LAST time here. The employees were as rude as I have ever had in a restaurant. We waited 19 min for our food. It was wrong. When we said something, we were treated horribly. They were talking to each other in Spanish and I'm sure it wasn't good and about us because everyone looked at us. They threw the bags on the counter and walked away. No thank you. Nothing. What a huge disappointment. The food was absolutely horrible. Threw half of it away. I was sick the whole night. The price...$76 for 4 people. For burgers and fries and horrible customer service. I will NEVER eat here again.

We never get what we order, the workers are LAZY and don't do anything right and refused to replace our order they said we had to GO there, no we ordered delivery cause we are disabled and can't drive, my dad was trying to do something nice for us and now he's having a fit I have to now deal with cause he couldn't even eat the burger cause it was stale and hard!! What the heck is wrong with these people!?
