I am a truck driver and it is sometimes quite hard for us to find a place to park to get to a place. I was able to park about a block away and walk there which is a good thing because we probably need more exercise once I got in the restaurant all they did was ignore me after about five minutes maybe a little longer I said to heck with this and I left. With Service like that no wonder KFC is losing more and more business. I don't think I will ever visit KFC again. The last couple visits have really been disappointing.

Exceptional Service at KFC in Fernley, NV!
I recently placed a mobile order for a 20-piece spicy wings. Before picking it up, I ran inside to make sure the wings would be fresh—and that’s when I met Zachary. He was incredibly kind and made sure everything was cooked fresh, just like I wanted.
Then I changed my mind mid-order and asked for half spicy, half honey BBQ instead. Without hesitation, Zachary made it happen with patience and a great attitude. He went above and beyond to make sure I was happy with my order.
Zachary’s customer service was top-tier—professional, patient, and genuinely caring. Give that man a raise! 🙌🏾

Woh KFC! I’ve never had food this bad! Wedges were so hard I literally said out loud they must be a week old or something, also cold. Fries also cold and inedible. Nuggets could be described as warm I guess… 3pc was dry, biscuit cold! Really wild to pay $28 for that.

This is by far the worst KFC I’ve ever been to. It’s always filthy, short staffed, slow and the chicken always dry. I try to give this place a chance but the owners/management can’t get it together. I don’t think I’ll be back.

Oh my goodness. I have never been more disappointed at a KFC. All I got was three wings periods they were so dry and hard. If I wasn't on the long road trip that included a 12-hour Drive I would have gone back there and complain. It started off with the first three things I tried to order at the drive-thru they were out of so I settled for just three wings and something to drink so I could just get back on the road. Those wings once again so dry

We stay at the Sure Stay, KFC is convenient, but we will not be going there anymore. 2 weeks ago and today, we are notified order is ready, you get there, nothing is done. They dont even know what we are talking about. I do not think your online ordering is working. And everything I have been there you need to check your order to make sure it is correct and you have utensils. KFC should be embarrassed.
