HORRIBLE. Placed delivery order at 9pm. Per account delivery instructions “Please RING doorbell so we can put dogs away”. Saw notification driver nearby so placed dogs in crates prior to driver arrival. Ring notification regarding movement but driver did not ring doorbell. Food left on ground. Reviewing items when arrived and I noticed a missing item. Had she rang the doorbell she would have known she was missing our item. Called local restaurant and Manager informed I have to contact DoorDash since delivery unless I want to pick up tomorrow. I don’t want it tomorrow. DoorDash and KFC Customer service lines are closed. Then we proceeded to eat food and all of the items were all room temp/cold as if sitting out for hours. Requesting a refund for old food and missing item.

Food was so old. Tenders were dark brown from sitting out slimy spots where they touched the bottom of what ever tray they were in. Even the fries were not cooked when ordered. They were dry and chewy. Pretty bad quality all around

Ordered a spicy chicken sandwich combo and received 2 regular sandwiches that consisted of 2 chicken strips in each bun. Not the worst thing in the world but still not what I ordered and it felt lazy.

Once again KFC you NEED to work on who you’re hiring at this workplace because it’s obvious you hire incompetent rude individuals who do not understand basic decency for other people. My niece had gone with my brother last night to pick up an order and was scared to death by one of your workers : James , banging his fists on the equipment and making growling like noises. This behaviour is unacceptable and shouldn’t be allowed ever again.
