NO BUENO! NASTY, SMELLY AND DIRTY STORE! For some reason this place forgets items in your order, the chicken is always greasy and the place is just plain nasty. Compare this fernley store to the fallon store and see if you can tell a difference! It is obviously THE PEOPLE HERE!

Don't know how the food was, was really looking forward to finding out but no one even would take our order. There was 7 people in line to order and no one even acknowledged we were standing there. Three people working , one at the Drive-thru and the other two in the kitchen. Someone should atleast speak to us. I finally left and went to Denny's

If you go through the drive-through, they will make you park in front even if you're the only customer. Plan on 10 to 15 minutes' wait no matter what you order. They are always short staffed.

Went to KFC because I had a craving for fried chicken. Ordered the 8 piece bucket meal and the 16 piece family meal. Restaurant is clean and quiet. Employees are friendly and courteous. Chicken tasted better than the last time we had it. So if you want to scratch that KFC itch, then I recommend this place in Fernley, NV. Thumbs up.
