This pizza just sucks there's no way to put it. I orderrd a BBQ chicken pizza and they somehow put the chicken on before the cheese. The pizza and the garlic bread is overcooked. The garlic bread has almost no seasoning on it. Very disappointed š

3 time I've ordered a duo-pepperoni pizza on Friday wait 45mins. Get home it's a cheese pizza??? Then told i have to wait 1 1/2hr. For a new one.(customer service training needed). I Love there pizza! So check your orders!!

I had mistakenly gone to the store to pick up my pizza that my wife ordered, and didnāt know she had for delivery thru door dash. While me and my friend waited I got a beer and him a soda, and then some female employee told me I couldnāt leave with the pizza cause I had ordered a beer, and said since āwe were both drinkingā when again, he got a fountain drink. After I told her several times I just realized my wife got delivery and I was just going to let the dasher deliver, and I was just gonna finish my 1 beer I ordered, she said I didnāt understand and needed to cancel the DoorDash and pay again for my pizza in order to leave since I was drinking a beer. AGAIN, I said Iāll just let the dasher take it since he had been paid already, and she had the audacity to tell me again I didnāt understand after SHE didnāt understand what I was trying to say, just for her fail at proving a point. Super uncalled for and I will never return. Didnāt get her name but I would say she was a smaller lady in her early 30s with light eyes. Itās bummer I was just telling my friend how much I loved this pizza factory, now Iāll go elsewhere.

We had called to see about getting pizza delivered they said they start until 4 but it would be about 5 to 545 to get our pizza. So we decided on pick up we called at 340 they said 30 mins so we got there and we start and waited another hour for our pizza. We spent $90 and order wings and they charged us to get ranch. Weāll never order there again.

Funny under the guise of a customer trying to feed the community one mouth at a time. I find that God works in mysterious ways.To be honest everyone who has left a review before me knows dropped phone orders and wait times are usual. In this area.I honestly prefer customer service,cleanliness,and attitude goes a very long way.In closing if they had a 10 star I would give it to them.The citizens of silver springsneed to lighten up little weren't perfect neither.God bless Samuel yeargan (be prepare because alot of business is coming your way.....

The staff was very friendly with great customer service and delicious food! The restaurant was also super kid friendly and a nice family environment. Couldn't ask for more! One of the best dining out experiences we've had in quite a while!

My kids are the pickiest pizza eaters so we always get pizza factory! Itās the only pizza in town they like! (I canāt blame them) Great service, great food, and the specials make it so affordable. Pizza factory is our go to pizza place every Fridayš

This pizza factory location was always so promising until lately. The pizza quality has gone downhill significantly. The most recent pizza was salty and and not cooked thoroghly enough. The service was even worse. I did not expect attitude from the young lady at the counter or the young famale manager when I mentioned the wait time quoted over the phone vs the wait time while I was in the restaurant. They made me feel lile I was making up the wait time I was told. All I needed was an apology saying they were running behind schedule. Good Job..! That's the way to lose customers.
