Showed up at 4 PM and they randomly said they had to shut the store down for 10 minutes. 20 minutes goes by and then they said they need another 10 to 15 minutes. I left and I’m looking to contact owner of this establishment. Don’t don’t go there

The owner Nav greeted us with an amazing attitude. The store was nice and clean and the food was excellent. This was great to see because we stopped at the Port of Subs in Lovelock Nevada and the cigarette smoke inside was so bad that we had to leave without ordering. We chose to drive 28 more miles and are glad we did.

The walk from the Best Western was worth it to have a nicely made sandwich in an establishment that was clean and well kept. I haven't had a bad experience at any Port of Subs, and the Fernley, NV, location did not disappoint.

The bread is always so fresh and the ingredients used are of good quality. I appreciate a team that runs a well maintained place.

The service was terrible. There was a line of orders piled up because only one worker was in the store. The poor lady named Gwen was alone with no one else in the back or front. Terrible owner/management on their part.

Went once, a couple years ago, ended up with old lettuce on my sandwich. Didn't go again.
Tried them again this morning for delivery and my sandwich was made with the wrong bread, and wrong greens.. Asked for green leaf, and ended up with ice berg..

To start the lady could not understand a word I was saying. Made the wrong sandwich. Kept telling her everything on a sandwich, all veggies and she added a few and didn't listen as she was doing it that she needed to add more. And to top it off some of the bread is hard.

The staff is rude, especially the lady who was there this evening who decided to close the store early again. This seems to be common practice there. The food has been mediocre at best. This time was the last time we'll go there. Try Subway or Ghetto Subs in Fallon.
