Most of the time this Starbucks is very good! but I’ve been noticing a lot of times the matcha isnt blended into the drink all the way. Most of the time it’s not too bad, but today I got this. I took one sip and got so many matcha chunks. I really like this Starbucks I think the people are very nice and the atmosphere is great. I still think they deserve 4 stars because all of my past experiences with them. I just wanted to bring this to someone’s attention.

Third time to get my drink made incorrectly and then rudely get agued back that it’s made right . Whip and foam are two different things if I’m asking for whip I should get whip not whatever the barista feels should go on it
SUPER SLOW. And my iced vanilla latte was so watered down that it had almost no flavor. What a waste of time and money. I may never go to Starbucks ever again...

Coffee is Coffee, the drive through woman at 9:30 am march 12 could use some customer service training she screwed up 50 percent of the order and said it was my fault because she didn’t here it….
The new cherry drink upset my stomach btw….maybe it should come with pepto .

This is the worst Starbucks Ever!! Ask for no whipped cream on my frappuccino and extra caramel. Got whipped cream and a drop of caramel. Most Starbucks put the caramel around the inside of the cup, not just a drop on top. I'm done giving this Starbucks chance. Waste of money. I know this review won't make a difference. This place needs to really get it together.

Worst Starbucks I've ever had. Avoid going here. If you think you're going to get your drink how it is stated you're wrong. They are awful, they serve dog water.
I ordered at the drive thru and had to repeat my order three times. I was clear and concise each time, I requested two hot beverages in the Venti size, one White Mocha w/ no whipped cream and a Venti Caramel Macchiato, I was ready and paid with cash at the window and was treated with indifference and disdain. Not sure if it was because I paid w/ cash or that I am not their preferred coffee drinking demographic. I got one of my beverages in the correct size but the other beverage was the wrong size a Grande instead of the Venti that I ordered and I'm quite sure I was charged for two Venti sized beverages. Can't be sure as I wasn't given a receipt and when I went to tip the Barista, she had already closed the window and I was so shocked that I completely forgot to ask for a straw for my partner's beverage. So thank you Starbucks in Fernley, NV for quite the incompetent experience. I will not be a patron of your poorly mannered store any longer. Thank you but no thank you!!

Ordered a breakfast sandwich the muffin part of the sandwich was hard couldn't eat it. The employee handling drive thru did a good job.

Alec was very rude. I just wanted to let someone know their bathroom was out of toilet paper. No rush they were busy but he was so rude. He said " im making drinks you dont want me to deal with" no Alec I don't but you can make sure the proper person knows. Then when my friend asked about her food his response "im handing out drinks im not dealing with food" ummmm ive never had to deal with this kind of customer service at this location. Good job to the rest of the team that had proper responses to customer questions. And to the front cashier who, it was only her second day and she smiled and remind completely cool under pressure with 10 people in line behind me still had a smile on her face the entire time. The only reason you guys are getting such a bad review is because of Alec attitude.

Ordered serious strawberry looked like it had strawberry in it just at the very bottom. They didn't blend it very well at all, after swirling it around trying to get it mixed it doesn't taste like strawberries at all. What a waste of money. Not first time this has happened figured I'd give them another shot, after this i won't be returning. Very disappointing

Hello, I am reporting coffee that is not being made very good for the past couple days I have been getting the grande and Venice. The coffee did not have a great wonderfull taste of coffee It didn’t have a taste with the extra espresso. I bought a coffee to compare the taste and it was great.. Fernley is charging for water down coffee. With out giving shot.
