This is my favorite Starbucks, friendly quick and the staff always seem happy.

Manager hates her job and has said that to customers including myself. Chloe is beyond rude and constantly gives customers an attitude. Store closed for an entire day with no stores even remotely close and no reason even given. This store never has syrups. Just had my order cancelled due to them not having syrup. Would have changed the drink but this store doesn't make drinks like ANY other Starbucks in the Western Region. So they never taste the same or even remotely correct. And then they'll argue with you that you need to just suck it up and deal with it. Your employee and managers words, not mine.

Mind you I loved this place up until about 4 months ago when they started not caring about their customers. Everyone is great there but the 2 mentioned above.

P.S. It takes a LOT of problems for me to leave any business a 1 star.

The kids working in Starbucks are very slow and clumsy! Only Starbucks that doesn't give their employees caffeine.

I'm disappointed with the customer response service. I ordered two coffees, but only one came out so I asked. However, I eventually wasted lots of time because they didn't check the order properly.

Slowest service of any Starbucks I've ever been at. Coffee was cold by the time my food came out. This is the last Starbucks between Nevada and Idaho and it is THE WORST. Added 45 minutes onto my trip. You'd think being the last one for miles and miles they'd be equipped to handle travel through traffic but it didn't appear so.

This place is ridiculous. Been in line already for 30 minutes. Hire more people train at night when you're not so busy figure something out or you're gonna start losing business.

I went through the drive thru and ordered a latte with soy milk. When I got to the window the older blonde lady proceeded to tell me soy milk is bad for people and gives men breast. I said ya right I wish and she told me to try Chai seeds if I wanted my boobs to grow. I quit going there after that and would have my son order it for us through door dash to avoid another weird conversation and it’s been fine the last couple months until I tried to order today and they removed all the soy milk, Almond milk, and oat milk from the menu. The drinks no longer give you the option of switching milks. I will never understand the issue with people who can’t drink Cow milk. I will give all our business to Freedom Espresso from now on right around the round about.

Drove by this area, this Starbucks seems weird, 12 dollar drinks and they charged me a 5 dollar tip without even asking me(or like normal place shows up on the machine to choose tip amount), my daughter order something I didn’t pay attention, when I looked at the receipt later, then I realized how much I tipped. 5 dollars is not a bit deal, but it need my consent, It feels like robbery, and barista didn’t even have a smile on her.

Every single time I try and use my app order ahead isn't available.. then tried to use door dash and temporarily closed? Yet store says open online. This is why I prefer freedom and supporting local. Get with it or give it up.

4th of July and the place was packed! The drive-thru line was insane due to computer glitches and inside the baristas were preparing a very large order for a local celebration. The ladies taking care of all of us did it with grace and kindness. They kept smiling through it all. One grateful customer thanked them loudly for their good work & the room applauded. Great job, ladies!
