After looking at prior reviews for the Main Street location in Fernley. Obviously this location is poorly managed and that’s unfortunate for our small town. Today we went in store for our experience and I set my grandsons car seat on the small 2 person table so he wasn’t on the floor while we ordered. The girl Zoe that was at the register with her lacking customer service and obviously major control issues told me to pick another table because that was HER display table for her empty box display that isn’t even set up properly. (As seen in picture). Why do they have tables if the PAYING CUSTOMER can not use them so we chose to take our lunch back to the house because after spending 40$ on 4 sandwiches I wasn’t about to sit there because apparently it’s not Subway it’s a spoiled entitled Zoe’s sandwich shop. The other employees working provided great customer service but this employee (Zoe) has no clue about putting their customers over her control issues. That’s unfortunate because I usually tip very well. I don’t recommend using this location the girl at the register should probably not be dealing with the public.
Kid-friendliness: Kid friendliness is a joke. My grandson is 6 months old and had to watch us order from a distance because of an incompetent employee (Zoe) and her control issues.

Extremely hungry and extremely disappointed
I know they aren't hand making meatballs so why Was I told they don't have meatball subs until 10am. Place opened at 7am and it's currently 930am. So it takes 3 hours to get a meatball sub ready? Does not make sense

The problem with this Subway location on Main Street and also the location inside the Walmart on Newlands is the ownership. These two franchisees are owned by Emma Harrison and she has absolutely ZERO customer service skills and the terrible reviews show this. The bread is constantly burnt, the workers always seem to cheap out on the meat portions and some of the employees seem like they really hate their jobs. When these concerns are brought up to Emma Harrison she simply dismisses them and refuses to correct the issue. I'd strongly recommend that dissatisfied customers contact corporate until something is done about it or better yet, simply stop going to these locations and maybe she'll get the hint and get a better trained staff. Contact corporate over and over again until she gets the message. Look at the pic of this burnt sandwich that Emma Harrison refused to remake! Terrible customer service.

First time in a subway in YEARS. Food was alright (expected more dressing than I received), and service was not very friendly (though not impolite, was just kind of cold and lacked that sense of personal warmth and welcome). Would visit again if everything else nearby was closed.
Vegetarian options: Veggie patties
Parking: Shared parking with neighboring business, but plenty was available during my visit

Horrible customer service rude female making what they call a sandwich. I'm going to make sure all my friends and family stay away.
These fine folks take care of me and my special order(s), so 5 stars in my book.

I called three days before hand to set up a platter for 20 people for teachers appreciation. They told me to call back the day before to place the order. I called the day before (about 26 hours before I needed the order), but was told they couldn't have it ready in time. It was some young man being very rude who kept saying they needed at least 24 hours notice. I tried to ensure he understood it was for the next day, which he made it clear he did and that it wasn't enough time and they couldn't do it. So, order ruined due to a mix of their various workers stupidity. Fortunately port of subs came through with no issues.

0/10 always mess up my order when i do take out. Biggest waste of money as far as fast food goes. Not very fast when you want me to drive back to the store so you can make it right. Employees are rude on the phone. And the manager is seemingly non existent.

The employees messed up my order horribly. And then refused to help when i told them i couldnt drive 30 min back to the store so they could remake my sandwich. Charles told me i had to wait til tuesday to speak to a manager. Absolutely rediculous.

Came this morning to get a breakfast sandwich, however they don’t open according to their posted sign of 7 am. When the employee heard the door they hid in the back room. Lame. I’ll go to a different subway.
