I don’t normally review Taco Bell but this was the freshest and tastiest Taco Bell I’ve ever had in my life. The Crunchwrap supreme (no sour) was hot, perfectly proportioned, and delicious. Crunchy taco was both crunchy and the meat fresh. Don’t miss out!!

I was going through the drivetru and one of the workers gave me a menu and I could barely read it and when I got my food they forgot my re than half f the food I ordered and the food was empty and barely anything in them.

The food was OK. I always get a few bean burritos with nacho cheese this time. The tortillas were not cooked. They weren’t heated up. They were just Plano tortillas. They got out the bag. They did not heat up. I mean, I still ate them, but it was not the way they’re supposed to be at all

Ordered on the ap. Received confirmation that my order was ready. Arrived and told it was going to be a few minutes. Waited, nothing. Finally someone that I assume was a manager asked me for my name, couldn’t find the order, showed her my confirmation code, nothing. She had to reenter the order. Not one apology or “hey we threw in an extra taco for the accident. Just rude from the beginning like I was the issue. Granted I was frustrated, but that’s no excuse.

pulled into the drive through and they had an employee taking orders cause the speaker was broken. employee was smoking pot on the job like it was no big deal. I get my food and they forget my napkins and hot sauce. I pull into parking space and go into restaurant to get my napkins and hot sauce and another employee walks out smoking pot. all this while I have my ten year old son in the car. I see why they forgot my sauce and napkins and why they work and a taco bell now. I will be calling corporate to get all of them fired.

Cashier was semi rude. I could tell her day was more than she could handle. Why do you guys insist on handing multiple drinks to a single person in a car???? Where are we supposed to put them??? That's why drink holders are available. But you seem to be hoarding them for some reason. The food was hard and cold. My grandsons could not eat it. Yes, I should have taken it back but honestly I just couldn't find the energy. Is it that hard to serve beans and cheese burritos that don't require a knife to cut????

The taco shells tonight, (05/21/25) were super stale to say the least. The service was good but it seems like every time we go to the fernley location the food is either bad or our order is messed up.

Got ignored 3 times while the cashier helped the person who came in after me first. After the 3 time and then asking her hey I would like to pay for my food, she said ok and then walked away without another word. Just unacceptable. Went next door to burger king and they took my order and helped me and didn't act like I was invisible.

3 rd day in a week of trying to order with app, take money out of bank account twice but no order is received, have tried on 3 different phones, takes money out , but no order delivered, have used app before no issue, 1-2 days for money to go back in account
