The person that took my order was a nice person. He greeted me as soon as I walked in. I ordered a #1 triple and chicken strips. The meat looked and tasted burnt, the fries tasted old and the strips seemed over cooked. I DEFINITELY will not be eating at this location again.

extremely rude. I do uber eats deliveries (5 star driver, over 2k deliveries and 3 years on the road) and came through drive thru to pick up and was told to come inside. I was fine with that, I was not fine with the way the girl working the drive thru had a very nasty and condescending attitude when telling me to do so. after coming in, I showed the order, Rachel (who I assume was some kind of manager which is crazy considering her behavior) looked at the screen, didn't say a word, walked away and then I was completely ignored by all other staff for over 5 minutes. 0/10 for service. I've eaten here before, the food is not terrible but still I can't believe the way the MANAGER acted towards me.

I usually love this Wendy's in fernley, always nice and foods always fresh. But i go thro drive thro around 457am and they say breakfast is ready for 5 more mins ok so i go park to wait the 5 mins. ANd then after i park i see them turning the signs inside and taking an order. Like that was not even 5 mins. How rude was that.

Rachel and her crew are the bomb. I had my food before I could even get my drink cup over to the machine to get a Coke. A crew is only as good as their leader and like I said Rachel is a damn good leader. I very much look forward to my next visit

The good food experience was good the workers here did their job and made me a good burger to eat I ate well and had enough energy to drive well and get to my place good and honest working workers out here props to the manager micro managing a Wendy’s that’s connected to a truckstop same building

It's a Pilot Wendy's, and it was pretty darn good. Line was just one person ahead of us. Service was friendly. We got bacon cheeseburgers. Food was ready fairly fast and was fresh and good!
