I was just at your Wendy’s and while I was waiting on my food the one mujer with tattoos talking to the guy in a patch told the guy, “the guy behind you.” What is that supposed to mean? Then when I went to get my food she got an attitude and looked at me with an ugly look. Did I snatch my food off the counter from her? Yes I did I didn’t do anything to anyone in your restaurant for someone to talk crap then give me an attitude. Maybe you shouldn’t work in a fast food place if you can’t take the heat and need to get out the kitchen.

I had just finished a 12 hour shift and I was starving. I ordered a single cheese plain, and I asked that it be cooked fresh. The manager gave me a burger that definitely was not freshly cooked. When I brought it back, the male manager had an attitude and said it was. I've managed fast food restaurants and I can tell you that he took a patty and put it back on the flat top. It was thin dark and very dry. What this tells me is that they don't value me as a customer, they don't care about the product they serve. $7.00 is a lot for a burger, if you don't have the skills to handle a request, you shouldn't be a manager. Definitely will not return to this location. I work hard for my money, and I don't like being treated in a disrespectful manner. Sunday evening at 6pm, owners should examine why this man is a manager.

This might be the best Wendy’s I’ve ever been to. The employees were all very nice, one of them was throwing a small Christmas party in the corner I think for all their employees. Despite being busy they were very thorough and FAST. My food was ready before my card went through. Excellent work everyone! Yall deserve raises 😂

While placing our order the person taking our order kept saying "is that all" multiple times. We ordered 87items.Mind you I was not rude, and purposely drove 45 minutes to get here. There was no excuse, we felt like we were an impositioning her. Customer service goes along way.

Ordered Asiago, bacon, chicken with ranch, with no veggies. Received chicken, pickles and mayo instead. I can’t eat pickles. The people were pleasant and services were good besides food mixup.
