Lack of fresh fruit toppings. The fruit that was there when yall opened was freshly sliced and appetizing now it’s all mush like it was frozen or canned. Bring back the tart flavor and fresh fruit.

Took my family here for dessert. We were warmly welcomed by Jorge and Casey. The store was clean and the topping stations looked appealing. We all truly enjoyed our yummy treats and we will be back soon!
Used to love a treat from Yogurt Beach…but sadly it is too expensive for the lack of consistency we’ve encountered. It started with the coffee flavors, Kona, etc. Sometimes great, then it would be pale and bland. Once I even pointed out to the staff that it did not look right, color off…too pale, and that it had zero coffee flavor. I asked if they might have mixed up labels or mixes. They just shrugged and said…we dunno. I started only getting the custard because it had a rich flavor and creamy consistency. ESP the chocolate! 🤷♀️My husband gave up because coffee is his fav and it was consistently bad. I persevered, sometimes disappointed, sometimes fine. Today was the last straw. The chocolate custard was pale, tasteless and inedible. Not sure what the issues are here… but cost far outweighs quality. Pains me to say this, but we won’t be making that mistake again. 😞🥲

I have been in to yogurt beach multiple times even when it’s really busy the staff members always do their best to accommodate my needs and time. I love the yogurt they serve and I appreciate the samples they have for whatever flavor you want the and prices are really good.

I have been there many times over the last 2 years and have my 2 favorites that I get most of the time. Raspberry and Uncle Willy custard. I need to get back there and get some more goodies!!!!

Whomever is the owner of this place MUST trust but verified his employees. They close and open anytime they feel like and make you feel uncomfortable.
Today they closed at 8:30pm and when I asked the actual time they close they said it depends how many people are in.
