Freaking horrible. No food is there. No alcohol is there. But they charge you for food and drinks. I will be reporting this business to the fda. There missing ingredients to all food and drink. It's a tweeker casino. Horrible experience. The bartender was a straight weirdo. We are pass byers. All the games to the casino are broken or turned off. Both arcade and gambling machines.

The bartender was wonderful! We had planned to eat something but the shortage of a real cook made the menu limited. We played some video games and had a nice time visiting with the friendly bartender. I wish I’d gotten his name. He gave us a great suggestion for a nice meal and I won $4.50 on Keno.

I had a really terrible experience there. I recommend you patron other businesses that offer what they do. Here is what happened: I am decades older than 21 years old. There is a sign on the front door that says, "21 and older." Well, I meet that requirement. But, I didn't get in the door for more than 30sec, when a young man that works at the bar, said that I needed ID. I asked him, "Do I look like I am under 21?" He said it didn't matter, that the sign out front says 21 and older, and I need ID to prove it. So I went back to the parking lot to get the ID from my car, and I showed him my ID. I also suggested, in summary, that he might be less curt about compliance. He interrupted me and said that I argued with him when he demanded ID. I tried to remind him that I only asked a question when he demanded ID. It was impossible to have a conversation with him, as it seems like he didn't want to listen, but just bark orders. I made a bee-line to the men's room. As I exited the men's room, and before I could order anything, he tossed me out of the building. Luckily, I took my business elsewhere.

Super accommodating night shift Samantha was super attentive even though I was the only person in the room....will be back next time I stop in hawthorne
Crappy little casino! We stood at the bar for 10 minutes while the bartender was putzing around in the kitchen ignoring us ( he was aware we were there) never even said Hi, I'll be right with you.... NADA!!! We had time to look at the awesome selection of frozen drinks they had and noticed not one was actually frozen. We walked out and still never heard a peep!! We dropped $100 next door in 10 minutes and probably would have done the same there if someone was courteous enough to acknowledge our presence!

DISRESPECTFUL, UNPROFESSIONAL, RUDE, RACIST EMPLOYEES!!! Don't waste your money here. This place needs to be close, I was literally treated in the most horrific way possible. I had a flat tire near this bar, came in to use the restroom. Automatically, the very first thing I see two employees setting and smoking, rudely asked "are you gonna gamble? Are you gonna buy something? I said no. They said I couldn't use the restroom because I wasn't a customer I went outside and thought well I'll have to buy a water or a drink, something. I went back inside and told the bartender (short brown hair w/blonde highlights, thin, average height) I needed to use the restroom and I'm going to purchase a drink, she than said "you don't have to do all that" Long story short, after I went to the bathroom, I told her what was that comment about? She acted like she didn't say anything I told her "don't talk to your clients/customers this way, it's not professional and it's not friendly. She than asked me to leave after I had payed for my drinks and I told her no until I get them she said well I am not gonna give them to you and I asked okay give me back my money. She than gave me my drink, only to continue to disrespectfully insult me. She said I needed to leave or she'll call the cops, I said okay call the cops because I am not leaving, I did nothing wrong. SHE THAN CAME TOWARDS ME AGGRESSIVELY AND SNATCHED THE DRINK OUT OF MY HANDS, Causing the drink to fall on the floor. I was heated, I asked again and again I want my money back, I told her you came to me causing my drink to fall on the floor and still saying you are gonna call the cops, I told her I hope you called them!!! The whole time she kept cussing and saying she has called the cops. Unfortunately, my husband got there too late and tried to calm me down and we left. I've lived in Las Vegas for 26 years, THE WORST PLACE EVER, I've never been treated this way and I've been to so many bars, nightclubs, casinos. I HATE THIS PLACE, all I can say is if you don't wanna be treated this way don't come here, I still can't believe I was treated this way, makes me so sad and upset to know this place exist with these type of people, disrespecting customers and getting away with these rudely actions.
