Sadly I went into this restaurant, was greeted with no menu on the menu board only a notice that I had to use the mobile app or the kiosk, so there was no way to order food off of the menu without going to the kiosk which was surrounded by people who were waiting for their orders so I waited patiently at the counter for someone to come and talk to me and when they did I told them that not having the menu up on the menu board was a load of crap. They kicked me out of the store because I was using foul language in front of children. Are you kidding me?

One of the worst McDonald's ever. Why does it take forever to get cold and old food? Whenever you bring up any issue to the employees/ management they are always dismissive and rude. The bathrooms and lobby are dirty. place need to shut down for a week and be professional cleaned. The manager or owner Karen, never responds to customer concerns or returns phone calls. At most, she'll comment something to the effect "come back and give us another chance to waste your money." on a bad review. I find it hard to believe they meet corporate minimal standards.

This place is horrible I spent hella money and and the fry’s were cold chewy the burger was missing everything I ordered on it then I tried to take it back and they said they could not they were busy ima make sure I never eat there again and ima have my whole family never eat there and ima spread the word threw town

Needed restroom after a long drive, filthy, no paper. Asked for paper, had to wait an unreasonable amount of time. Came out, ordered a frappe, they were out. Stopped for a smoothie 3: days before, they were out. My husband said the men's room was worse, urine everywhere. Horrible.

Thank you for responding the food and service probably should have been rated higher. I upped that from 4 to a 5 as there was no issue there. What was off putting was the tables were all dirty when we arrived and there was no one was in the lobby.

Stopped there on my way to Reno for Thanksgiving No sodas available. They ran out of CO2. So I left without getting anything
French Fries hit the spot on my drive from Arizona to Oregon. Just needed a little snack and the fries were perfect. After 6 hours of driving I was happy to see a McDonald's.

Well you are on a traveled highway we are from Vegas and home is a little far to wait for a breakfast burrito
