I have never experienced such slow service I could have gone to another restaurant and got food and came back and still waited.

Stopped in early morning 5am to get a coffee to go. I first walked to the bathroom. The most flies i ever seen in a fast food place flying around. I didn't count but id say minimum 10+. I was 1 of 3 guys and 1 couple there. I could see the frustration on their faces for waiting so long on their orders. All i had was a coffee and waited on it a few minutes then asked if i could go ahead and get it since i didn't have food to be cooked. I only asked bc one employee wasn't doing anything as far as helping with the orders . I don't think anyone was actually in charge, no management stood out to be recognized. I believe this McDonald's had new employees who wasn't trained properly or not enough training to be left alone to run a high demand fast food place like McDonald's. I don't blame the employees there that morning, i blame management this time.

Typical McDonald's their requirement to use the kiosk is I my view a problem. It's hard to use and when you want to place the order there is not a button that say place order. No you have to review the order and then it's still not clear how to place it. This McDonald's is very small with minimal seating.

You can only use the kiosk. At 75 we do not use the kiosk. Told we had to use our app to order from. NO MENU BOARD IN RESTAURANT. APP OR KIOSK. WILL not return. Prices very high as well.

Sign says they are paying $18 an hour but what do the employees do for that $18? It wasn't wiping down tables, nor cleaning the floor, nor cleaning the bathrooms. Oh yeah, cooking food and standing around talking to each other. Takes what 6 employees to do????? What exactly???? Good food though.

Excellent service and food was prepared well (and typically I can’t say that about McDonalds). Employees are very friendly. I enjoyed the chicken nuggets & fries. I also love that they didn’t get rid of the soda fountains like the ones in my area.

Nastiest McDonalds I have ever been to. chicken was hard as a rock we wouldn't even feed it to our dog. Never in my life would I expect a McDonalds to be soo bad. looked like it had not been cleaned in hours. food on the floor crap on the tables. choose to eat in truck instead of inside. No mirror in mens bathroom. I counted 11 flies in the bathroom. You would think with all of the bad reviews the owners would do something. obviously they dont care. That place could be a goldmine if manage properly Never again
