What a piece of garbage. Nothing is working. No ice cream. Most coffee drinks unavailable. Trash everywhere. Tables are dirty. Floors are a mess. Filled my glass 3/4s of the way.
I have been in hundreds of McDonald's in my 60+ years. This is absolutely the worst.

Food should be zero stars, not 1 - but this thing wouldn’t let me drop it any lower. Let me McAsk you a McQuestion… why is it that I can never get a McFlurry or shake? It’s always the same… McDonalds should McDeal with this… the poor franchise owner is losing business everyday.

This place is horrible. The food was cold. The fries were cold. My whole experience was horrible and terrible super dissatisfying. The employees are rude. The manager was disrespectful. The establishment itself was not run right I got here at 9:49 PM and it doesn’t close till 11 PM. Nobody came to the window. Nobody came to the drive-through. Nobody came to the front door. The front door was locked by 9 PM. This is probably the worst McDonald’s in the country that I’ve ever been to.

This location was out of a lot of items, also online says the restaurant was closed but it was open, good thing I double checked before driving by or else we would be hungry for the next hour and a half ride to reno.
Usually it’s a disaster, this time was a pleasure. Everything was correct on the order and fresh and tasty, we brought food for a Nephew in Luning , a hot meal and cold Dr. Pepper, he was happy. Thanks for being so professional and efficient, I will be back when the time comes. Always coming through that part of the world 🌎 Mina , have family there ❤️oh yeah Mc Donald’s review. Job well done 💯

Stopped in early morning 5am to get a coffee to go. I first walked to the bathroom. The most flies i ever seen in a fast food place flying around. I didn't count but id say minimum 10+. I was 1 of 3 guys and 1 couple there. I could see the frustration on their faces for waiting so long on their orders. All i had was a coffee and waited on it a few minutes then asked if i could go ahead and get it since i didn't have food to be cooked. I only asked bc one employee wasn't doing anything as far as helping with the orders . I don't think anyone was actually in charge, no management stood out to be recognized. I believe this McDonald's had new employees who wasn't trained properly or not enough training to be left alone to run a high demand fast food place like McDonald's. I don't blame the employees there that morning, i blame management this time.
