The staff is very nice! Unfortunately, the pasta is too salty for me. Hopefully the other food options are better.
We visit incline village often and used to enjoy the food at this restaurant, but recently the service and the food quality getting bad .today I toke my family to this restaurant and we regret to go there and service and food was not good.Hope they do something about it….
Perfection.
Ive never actually experienced a raw quesedilla. I appreciate the effort but maybe next time turn the heat source on?
Nice service, food is decent
Meh. Tables need deep cleaning. Food was just ok.
My girlfriend and I decided to eat here and have some drinks. Great food really great service. Chris was our bartender/server. He was amazing. Great guy would definitely come back and request him again.
Wonderful little gem in the Incline Village. The food is amazing. European Mediterranean style of cooking. We had the meatloaf and the grilled trout. Everything was superb. The outside seating tables under the pine trees add a nice atmosphere during summer.
We went to Austin's because it was highly rated for Incline village. We were at a marriage conference across the street @ the Hyatt Regency. The steamed artichoke appetizer was excellent. I had the meatloaf because it's one of my favorite comfort foods and I was disappointed. It seemed like it was over microwaved leftovers. Part of it was dry and inedible. I regret not getting the chicken fried steak My wife had the grilled portobello mushroom and enjoyed it very much. The sides of mashed potatoes and gravy and asparagus were both very good. The service was good although I don't think the waiter knew the difference between an IPA and a hazy IPA. The ambiance was ok, it's like a small town diner with a wooden bar. Overall, when we come back to Incline we'll probably try some of the other places around the village.
Food was ok. Good not great. Salad portions were huge. If you're hungry get that. Waiter was good. Although he was hard to understand.

We've dined at Austin's our last three visits to Incline. Our first overall experience (two years ago or so) was so exceptional, we decided to return rather than try new restaurants in the area. I loved ithe beet salad so much I ordered it again the following year. They seemed to skimp on everything that made it so great the first time. They packed this big bowl with mainly lettuce and Parmesan cheese, and were beyond conservative with what made the salad so delicious to begin with. Two thin slices of avacado and I removed enough lettuce to make 4 side salads. My husband's steak was also exceptional our first visit, and abysmal to say the least after that. We didn't let our second experience sway us from giving it one more chance. We really hoped we'd get the same memorable experience from a restaurant that made such an impression. From dirty bathrooms without toilet seat covers, to a broken door that slammed every time someone walked in, to our once again disappointing meals and cocktails ...we are officially done with Austin's.
Without a doubt the best chicken fried steak I've ever had! Even the mashed potatoes and asparagus was top 10!
Nice log cabin ambience among the trees. Interesting menu choices. Server was very friendly, if a little uninformed.
We loved our dinner celebration of my son's engagement. Cozy, warm, and delicious and the staff helped make our time very festive. Even a shot ski😁
Nice small and cozy restaurant in a beautiful location, I ordered the artichokes and the fried Calamari taste was great! Chicken sandwich was ok but the sweet flavor of the honey mustard wasn't a good match in my opinion.
Overall not disappointed.
