Such an outstanding lunch here! Everything is made from scratch. We ordered four different things for our table and loved all of them. Chicken Fried chicken was tender and the gravy was so good. Austin's salad with the homemade honey mustard dressing was our absolute favorite! Will definitely come here again!

Ok- the chicken pesto burger was awesome, the roasted beet salad not so much. The salad did not reflect the menu description to some degree- the couscous was not flavorful- very bland - the menu said "herbed couscous ", the walnuts were not roasted- just out of the package and the Parmesan was not shaved- it was shredded and probably out of a bag. The lettuce was nice and the avocado was good. The salad was good-just like salad I throw together at home- I was hoping for a salad that was a bit more elevated so unfortunately I was disappointed. Portion size is a bit large. In years past I remember the salads served in smaller white tilted bowls- elegant- now served in larger plastic tilted bowls- you get the picture.

I have been eating at Austin’s for maybe tens years or longer. 3 stars is an average, sometimes it is a five-star experience and other times it is a one-star experience. Unfortunately, it seems to be trending down of late. The food is fairly consistent and typically very good. The service is all over the place; I think that it is difficult to find good labor in the area. I am particularly perturbed by my visit this week when the service was nothing short of terrible. But, Austin’s has built enough goodwill with me that I am sure I will give it another shot and hope for the best.

Food was a good portion. A bit pricey. Service was horrible, our server Adrian was rude from the start, not very friendly at all. first my children asked if there was wifi, server said no, a worker from the back came out and my children asked him and he gave WiFi to my children. Next our server was rude when my husband asked server for recommendations on 2 plate's asking which is more popular server response was "I don't know". He did not smile or make us feel welcome at all. We seen another table of 5 come in next to us and we seen how much friendlier he was being with them talking to them about the menu similar to questions we asked him as well. We're visiting from out of town and I took my mom and her husband to lunch here with my husband and our 4 children (party of 8) and the server said there's an automatic 20% gratuity since we have a party of 8. Even tho half the table were children. We got horrible service and regardless of the service the server still still received 20%? That's not fair and definitely not well deserved. I don't recommend this place, definitely not family friendly.

It feels like they (or at least the waiter) cannot wait for me to leave. I ordered an appetizer, an entree, a soup and two drinks. About 10 minutes after I started having my entree, I got a box and the waiter asked me if I want to pack the remaining food, by myself. Right after I finished the last drop of my drink the waiter came and took the bill. This was merely 40 minutes after I sat down at the restaurant.3. They claimed they have no change. If you pay by cash, you don’t get any change.I’m not sure if they serve everyone equally terribly, or only to Asians. Don’t come to this place if you’re Asian.

Food safety issue, and racist server. Would avoid.1. My wife: what’s the soup of the day? Waiter: vegetables. (One word, and walk away)2. They delivered the wrong dish. My wife ordered a vegetarian one, and got chicken instead. We were being nice and didn’t ask them to send it back. The waiter didn’t offer any apologies3. There’s a golden hair in the dish (my wife has black hair), and we only saw it after almost finishing it. We flagged this to the waiter for food safety concern, and he was totally indifferent. Only after we questioned him if he’s gonna do nothing, he thought we want a discount and gave us 10% off. Did not even take the dish back to the kitchen.In summary, utterly negligence on food safety, and racist service.

Our second time dining at Austin's and we won't be back. Food was very mediocre. My kids didn't even finish their hamburgers (very unusual). My ahi was okay but it was served with mashed potatoes and gravy? The server seemed very uninterested in serving. Though it was not the server's fault that they were out of several things (ranch dressing, soda), he did a poor job delivering the news. I'm surprised this place is so busy although there are not many choices in the area.
Tristan absolutely crushed it! He was a one man army serving a family reunion/bday party of 15 people. We didn’t make a reservation but were still sat immediately (it was February so technically off season but still amazing!) the food was delicious and all 15 orders were correct. We have nothing but praise for Austin’s :)

The menu is ok, but the fried chicken is not the fried chicken you'd expect. It was still very good but should be renamed to be more accurate of the preparation. They only had one dessert as well, so more options would be appreciated. We went elsewhere for dessert.

Got the pickled fries, chicken fried chicken sandwich and chili bowl. Chili bowl is whatevs. The sandwich was enough for two people,.and the pickled fries were also hefty in portion size. The pickled fries are very good but very salty, hard to stomach it all in one sitting. The normal fries are also very good, I dare say some of the best I've had in a while.
