Came in for a pastry after grabbing some dinner and as I was was walking out the door I noticed two little mouses running from underneath one of the tables to another one. Felt so disgusted and couldn't bare to be in there left as quickly as possible couldn't even inform the employees.

Coffeebar espresso drinks, that's all you need to know. Oh, I guess pastries, if you're into that. The best in town even if it's nowhere near European flavor quality, it's still worth it.

Mind blowing flavor artistry to choose from ,.. cinnamon rolls that shame everything of its name I've ever tried in my life,.. just absolute heaven in every bite. The addiction easily can become the #1 reason to visit incline village nevada.

Andrea, Jason, and team are phenomenal humans, bakers, and all-around extraordinaires! As a local wedding planner, I frequently recommend their bakery for wedding cakes & desserts of all kinds. Every wedding couple has been blown away by the delicious + visually-appealing desserts for their day (with the ability to custom-design for the couple's unique vision). You can tell they really care from first consult, to the tasting, the wedding day, and beyond! As a Tahoe local, I also love grabbing a quick coffee & bite in their coffee shop. I highly recommend a vanilla latte or whatever delicious cup your heart desires <3Dietary restrictions: Really amazing at accommodations dietary restrictions

Problem were are the ovens . How do you bake the product???????Why do they not let everyone know that they cook off the mountain . I actually had a blonde and chocolate walnut brownie.. to dry for me. And a key lime mini pie. Too much gram cracker. Just not what I would want to eat for myself.

I have never been here prior, I ordered a birthday cake for my 20th birthday and the cake that o received was incredible! It was decorated very lovely and tasted heavenly. If you need a cake for something, this is the place to go! Very pleased with my experience here, a big thank you to the incredible bakers! This cake was perfect for me!

We stopped by for one of the infamous cinnamon rolls with buttercream after dinner. Delicious! Nice to find a bakery open later than most and with some left to try. Friendly service and quiet. ?

I love visiting local bakery. Happy Tiers Bakery is a cozy, spacious and inviting local cafe. I heard is a local favorite and I can see why. Everything baked on site! They have at least 50 options from cakes, pies, cookies, banana bread, muffins, croissants and a ton of other pastries. It literally took us 10 minutes to decide.I end up picking the apple crumble pie. I wish I had a microwave in my hotel room to heat it up a bit. It would taste so much better warm. My friend got this cranberry pumpkin bread. It was delicious and perfect for November feel.

===== [ OVERVIEW ] ===== Located in Christmas Tree Village, you can find this delicious desserts spot a hidden gem in the area. There's plenty of parking and is not hard to miss because I could already smell the sugar in the air before I even came in. ===== [ RESTAURANT ] ===== Nicely decorated and has a classy vintage look. A perfect place to study or spend a sunday afternoon looking out the window. The service was great and answered all our questions with recommendations that left our sugar deprived bellies satisfied. ===== [ FOOD ] ===== The desserts were all well made and hit the right spot. Would definitely come again when we are in town! - Pistachio cheesecake Had bits of pistachio at the bottom of the cheesecake to add a nice crunch. It was heavy enough in flavor to make the pistachio distinct. The cream on top is icing; I am personally not a favorite and prefer whipped cream but my friends ate it instead for me. - Strawberry cheesecake There was a nice thin layer of strawberry that topped the slice and wasnt too thin to notice or too thick with huge bites of fruit. Very enjoyable and this one has a nice crust that reminded me of a chewy delight. - Cinnamon Roll Exactly as expected. Mouthwatering to my eyes and a bite to remember. Probably the best item on the menu I tried.
