The owner is very rude. She was making my drink and I went up to her to ask her a question about my drink and she said, “NOT RIGHT NOW, WE ARE TOO BUSY, GO ASK HER!” and pointed to the cashier but she was very rude about it. I went to ask the cashier who was very helpful and she was able to assist me but when I turned around the owner was answering someone’s else question.I got upset and told her, “you could answer someone else’s question but you do not have time for mine! “ she just looked me as I walked away. when I asked to speak to the manager I found out she was the OWNER! what a great example for the employees, and so unprofessional of her. we are giving her our business and paying for the service for such unprofessional owner!

Probably one of the worst interactions I’ve ever had with a restaurant owner. She came up to my family and decided to kick us out for “staring at her”. I have never been more appalled in my life. I have never had such an experience with a restaurant especially one that charges the prices that this one does. Extremely expensive and terrible customer service by the owner herself. DO NOT Give her business.

I'm not sure why some reviews are bad here but I had a really good experience. Fish and chips were perfect and tasty and I didn't have a bad stomach after eating them as mentioned in another review. There were 2 big fish pieces!! The cashier was super friendly and asked us if we were on vacation. We had a good chat. I wanted to get a margherita pizza but they were out of pizzas. There were 2 fresh juices options as well. People were sitting outside and it was super pleasant. They have a good selection of drinks. No complaints at all.
Parking: $15 for parking for the beach if you have a CA registered vehicle. $10 for parking if you have a NV registered vehicle

I was surprised with this place! 5 stars for sure!! The French fries were hot and crispy. They reminded me of McDonald's fries, my favorite! The drinks were delicious, pretty strong, and a super reasonable price (we loved the mac-nut Pina colada and mai tai!). We also got the double cheeseburger, fish and chips, and chicken sandwich. We were happy with everything, from quality, price, and flavor. Also, the staff was really friendly. Highly recommend for your day at Sand Harbor!

Definitely go to this place if you want to end up with an upset stomach afterwards. My husband and I both have strong stomachs but the fish and chips from here sure did a number on us. Even our kiddo who will eat everything wasn’t feeling great after the burger. Next time we’ll just pack lunch for ourselves.
Cashier can't even tell the difference between a $5 dollar bill and a $20 dollar bill. Brought a ice cream included tax $4.32. I gave her a $20 dollar bill and 4 dime she gave me 16cents back and she keep telling me that I gave her a $5 dollar bill....extremely not happy about this experience that I have . If I were you guys or who ever read this I hope you guys be careful and boycott this place.....
