Had a nice brunch here. Coffee was better than you’d expect from a cafe like this and lots of little “homemade” touches like jam and I think hot sauces that made the meal extra! Great place!

I was at Saage restaurant in Incline, Nevada,, and the service was horrible, I didn’t get any kind of service for 20 minutes. They were not even that busy, I finally had to ask the hostess If somebody could come to my table and ask me what I would like.. I had the Scallops and Salmon. The scallops were horrible, but the salmon was good.

I do not recommend the Restaurant at all! I think the staff was more concerned about who was there, as far as customers went and I was completely ignored. I am disabled and very, very disappointed in the restaurant!

Deplorable is more how I would describe the restaurant!

Excellent food and service. We were in a hurry before a kayaking trip. Stopped in here for brunch…and soooo glad we did!!! If we lived in the area, this would be put into our regular rotation.

Yummy homemade bloody Mary, the Burger was nice, loved all the elements, I was a bit disappointed with the skinny potatoes, was expecting the thicker steak fries. My husband was happy with his incline omelette

We ordered the lamb ragu pasta and the pork chop. Both delicious. Servers were attentive and friendly. Cocktails were yummy.

Phenomenal. Brussel sprouts, fries, and the biscuits to start. Chicken thighs main: toughest decision I’ve made in a while but it was the right one. Top 5 dish I’ve ever had in my entire life, zero exaggeration. The chicken melts like butter and is complemented perfectly with the crunchy/savory potatoes below. If you’re looking for flavor, dine here. Thank you kindly.

Sage Leaf in Incline Village proved to be a great find. We sat at the bar for dinner where Hristo proved to be an ideal blend of being subtle, soft-spoken, yet kind and attentive.

The combination of Vegan Potato & Fennel Soup and Grilled Baby Sweet Peppers with rosemary hummus, grilled naan, tomato, olive, cucumber, feta, and watercress as starters set the stage for delightful main courses.

The entrees that followed were three:
1. Pan Roasted Niman Ranch Pork Chop with parsnip potato puree, poached pear, sauteed broccolini, pear velouté,

2. Pan-roasted Chicken Thighs with Old Bay, fried potatoes, creamed baby spinach, sun-dried tomatoes, and balsamic reduction and

3. A dish of Lamb Conchiglie Pasta with House made organic pasta, Niman Ranch lamb ragu, roasted mushrooms, broccolini, basil infused ricotta cheese and balsamic reduction.

These entrees paired with some nice wine lead up to finishing with a shared Dark Chocolate Ganache Tart with Oreo & Butter Crust, Pistachio Praline Glazed Raspberries, Maldon Sea Salt, Meyer Lemon Dil. This final touch made for a delightful meal all around.

What made the entrees so special was how well they were paired with a unique blends of sides. All in all, the this definitely made it an experience we look forward to repeating.

The real deal is the Safe Leak Tahoe with great service and great food pairing. Let’s start with the atmosphere was cozy and nice moonlighting spot! The service was outstanding and accommodating. Now to the main event, the FOOD! The plating was very well constructed and would represent a fine dining experience. The Duck Fat Fried Steak Fries were amazing a little over seasoned but the seasoning was the next I’ve ever had 9.5/10, it will be a 10 if the seasoning was kept in check. The Pork Belly Bites were solid with a complimented mini salad, only four bites was my only issue with this one for app 8/10 due to the portion issue. The Grill Shrimp Skewers were good if you pear the shrimp with the purée, needed a little work on this one with flavor of marinade on the shrimp and cook on potatoes 7/10. The Ski Beach burger from the happy hour menu was just ok, the flavor and veggies threw it off for us 6/10. Overall a really good spot, well crafted menu I would like to try the short ribs next time to give my full review which is a really hard to pull off. Til next time!!

Lovely brunch with plenty of options, we got the eggs benedict and vegan breakfast hash. Loved the decor and friendly service. Only downside was there were some wasps flying around outside, so something to be mindful of when sitting.

Great breakfast spot with great food . Family owned with great service and reasonably priced.

Kid-friendliness: There’s a nice patio with plenty of room for kids to run around.
