The burger came out hot and the patties were generous. They seemed like old style burgers, not the usual pre-formed frozen. Bun was crispy, I took it third piece, because I don't need that much bread. Fries also how, fresh and crispy. All in all good place to stop.

After our appointment at the VA we always eat at Big Boy. The third Friday of the month Prime Rib, mashed taters, gravy and vegetables are offered at $17.00. Karlie the manager said she had one piece of prime rib left. End cut and I could have it. Wow! It was the best meal ever! Broccoli was fresh! Everything was delicious. Our server Angel was wonderful, attentive to our every need. Thank you Karlie and Angel. We'll be back.

Busy night, only 1 waitress, 1 cook, waited to be seated 20 minutes, and then we felt rushed. They change closing and opening hours all the time. We never know when they are open.

We were there for 20 minutes and didnt even get ask what we wanted to drink. The server was on her phone. There was 4 people there and were already eating.

Zero stars for the lack of customer service and failure to get any orders correct as well as feeding customers food poisoning and expired food lack of accountability and use of weaponised ignorance and the fact that the staff can't take an order and like to argue with customers
