Our first time trying the "fancy" restaurant in Jackpot, and it did not disappoint!! Amazing service and outrageously delicious food! Tempura lobster and the scallop appetizers were so good! The steak was tender and perfectly seasoned. I highly recommend the au gratin potatoes as a side! Thank you guys, we will definitely be back!

We had a lovely stop and first time in ? Jackpot, Nevada. We stopped at Cactus Pete’s Casino on the Idaho/Nevada border, had a delicious steak dinner and played for several hours ?????I was impressed with the selection of table games and slots! We made reservations for 36 Steak and Seafood about 3 or 4 days ahead of timeon line, super easy and necessary. This small dining venue is in high demand. The table side caesar salad was super fresh and the dressing delicious. My husband had the prime rib, I had the short rib and pasta dish both were fresh, tasty and great portion sizes. Sauces were on point! The crème brûlée was #omg fantastic! This is a gem in the middle of nowhere, so keep your expectations in check due to location. However, this is a surprising and fantastic dining experience. The service was great, the pace of the meal was perfect. We will be back!

Not busy and yet I sit there for just over ten minutes without a single server even acknowledging me. I walked out. Update, the manager did come find me and apologized and took care of my burger next door. Super friendly and professional.

We have eaten here many times, and had a great experience. This last time for us however was very disappointing. They were understaffed, food was sub par. Lobster had absolutely no flavor and is served with a clear oil that's supposed to be butter. Its horrible. I just feel for the caliber of restaurant you are trying to be, some changes need to be made. We expected to spend money by eating there, but our bill was almost $250, and the food was definitely not worth it. Not to mention the drinks were $18 each. (1 each for my husband and myself) We will think twice before eating here again.

Pleasantly surprised. Service was great, food was excellent. Baked potatoes are the size of a loaf of bread! The only thing is the smell of cigarette smoke did come in from the casino.

Food was good, service was inadequate for the cost. To many tables per Server's. Hostest & manager did nothing to assist Server's spent their time standing and talking to one another when it was obvious they were overwhelmed. Compliments to the chef.

I had really high expectations of this place. For what it costs to dine out anywhere any more, the experience better be spectacular. We were very happy with our experience and very surprised that it was excellent. I mean, Jackpot is no culinary destination, by any stretch. Still, the restaurant is quiet, understated and elegant. The service is about as good and refined as you're going to get outside of big city fine dining. Pacing is always a problem in 90% of restaurants, but they coursed everything and it was a very leisurely dining experience. We had the baked brie which was very good, my favorite part of the meal, especially the berry, nut and raisin mix they served with it. Husband had the filet and I had the short rib pasta. The portions were generous, everything was nicely prepared and presented. Our server was very sweet and attentive. It's nice to find fine dining in this region, there is so little of it. Cactus Pete's did a good job here and we will definitely come back again for date night.

Stopped in for a night and had a wonderful dinner, everything we ordered was amazing! I got the seafood pasta dish and my husband got the prime rib, we also got the baked Brie appetizer which was served with bread and fresh fruit and candied nuts. Would absolutely revisit. The service was amazing as well

Excellent service from Heidi. Got a steak that was tough, it was replaced immediately. Especially liked the medallions au poirve. Will definitely dine there again. The last pic is baked brie with crushed pistachios, fruit and candied nuts. So tasty.Kid-friendliness: Not kid friendly, more up scale for other diners to enjoy.

We booked dinner when we made our hotel reservations. When we arrived we weren't sure what to expect from a small town casino steakhouse but we were more than impressed! The food was incredible as was the service! Our waitress Zoe was incredible from making our drinks to the very end of our meal! The chocolate chip mint cheesecake was a definite surprise with actual mint in the cheesecake! Everything was amazing and we will definitely be back!
