For a Subway this store is just okay. Depending on when you arrive they can be out of breads. Employee Abby was very helpful and friendly. She made me feel welcome there, unlike most of the travel center employees that treat you like you’re bothering them.

Bad experience over all. We walked in and there was no other customers. There was one employee and the manager and they were acting extremely over whelmed like they were super busy. They were stalking and we told them that we were in no hurry to take their time. The employee then was asked washed her hands and we asked her how her day was going and she replied with, “do you really want me to answer that question.” Great service! Asked to double toast a sandwich. Didn’t. Then the second sandwich wasn’t even in the toaster the full time. Not impressed. Won’t be going back.

I mean Subway is usually Subway but this one was a notch above the others. Very clean, best sandwich and excellent customer service. Chris goes above and beyond to make sure everyone who enters the door leaves exceptionally satisfied. It’s a little hidden gem in Jackpot, Nevada.

They go by the wrong time zone went in at 9pm to get a meatball sub but the guy claims its after 10pm and company policy wont let him serve meatball subs but nothing on the menu about a time for a sub to not be available so dont go to order and expect to get the sub you want
