This place is so disappointing. Food was nasty. Our fries tasted like they were sitting out for a couple of days and served to us just like that. Burgers tasted gross. ? the buns were soggy and cold. Fish burger was nasty ? and fishy. It took us about 40-45 mins to get through the drive through with our food. There were only maybe 6-7 cars ahead of us.
We have NEVER EVER been so disappointed in our life’s. Such a waste of money. We got $47 worth of food and trashed it all.
Honestly I think the food from white castle is just the same as the microwave sliders you get at the grocery store. It's fun to say you have been to a while castle, but it's no better than the frozen sliders from am/pm.

The guy who was there today is so incredibly rude. He was rude about directing us to the self service screen and then was rude when he informed me that they didn't have any milkshakes and got upset because we didn't notice the crumpled up sticky note on the corner of the screen that says no shakes. Not only was it not visible but he had no reason to be rude from the get go. He also made a huge fuss about giving us a refund on the shake because we didn't get a receipt. Absolutely horrible service for something as simple as a shake.
