Four White Castle employees hanging around, two actually working but because there is one kiosk you’re forced to use they just stare at you. Not all people are swift at working a self-serve screen so you just stand there waiting, and waiting. Walked out as I had enough waiting and ignoring by staff. Didn’t bother buying anything else as there are only three main cashiers slowly working the main massive line. This place has gone down hill faster than I-15 into town.

I know it’s called fast food but seriously? You’re to tell me you’re in such a rush the food is pulled early, chicken rings were left long enough to not be technically frozen but also not cooked, Mott sticks were nearly almost frozen in the middle still, only got half of the fry we ordered but it was so bad that we ended up not wanting anyways either. It’s also alittle weird that if you ask them not to throw onions on the grill while making your slider they’ll straight up tell you ya that’s not an option 🤷🏻‍♀️. I wish I opened the bag before we started leaving because this is literally inedible.
The bathrooms are really nice and the overall store is huge, cashier was really nice, and I loved the rest of the store. This White Castle just really brought a new all time low standard to what most people usually expect from them. Like ya I expected it to be pretty trash but I atleast expected it to actually be cooked😂🤦🏻‍♀️

If you don’t mind rude and lazy management, the food is okay. Workers are okay too. I actually feel bad that they have to work under such miserable leadership.

They never did get my order right. The manager refused to help and told me to leave. Unbelievably rude staff. Will never return.

Use to live by the one in Minneapolis so I love white castle and miss it so much bring one to California

The people who work there are very rude. There is no need to be snippy. All because I had cash and could t use the kiosk. The man seemed annoyed because he had to ring my order up. Sir, get a different job.

Extremely slow. Self check out kiosk gave most of the customers trouble. Food is awful. Staff is not friendly or approachable. Tables and floors dirty. Trash cans overflowing.

Stopped here for nostalgia. The tasted the same as it did 38 years ago. Got sliders with cheese, the fries were great,nice,hot and fresh! Sorry no photos this time.
