The last few times ive commuted to Vegas for work ive been so happy and eager to stop by, yesterday I drove out and saw they closed at 7, I arrived at 5:50 ended up doing a few stops to lighten the drive, when I got there I was refused service although there were people eating, they stated they were closed but the hours show 7pm!!! This is the second time this happens to me, the last time It was 6:15pm, needless to say im not gonna waste my time stopping by anymore, the service has been too bad. I usually always buy a huge order too so I can take it back with me and enjoy for a day or 2 with the family.

Worst White Castle Experience EVER
I’ve never had such an unprofessional experience at a White Castle. My husband ordered 10 sliders with cheese, and the female employee helping us punched everything in so fast that even when I tried to order my fish sandwich, she literally took over the screen and rushed through that too.
We get the order… NO CHEESE on any of the sliders. Simple mistake, right? They said they would remake it—until the manager jumped in.
This man comes out yelling at my husband, saying he’s “NOT putting cheese on the burgers.” The SAME employee who took the order tried to speak up and said it did come with cheese… but the manager shut her down and yelled about “not blaming his employees.” Then told us we were “just assed out.”
Who talks to customers like that?? Over CHEESE???
Rude staff, rude manager, wrong order, zero accountability. Absolutely unacceptable. I will never come back.

After spending $60 on food and then tipping a further $10 would have been nice if I could get more than 4 napkins and 4 little packets of ketchup. And after asking for more seeming like it was an inconvenience.

Management in this facility is very unprofessional. Employees in the back non welcoming just laughing within eachother staring at a line of customers. My order was wrong , they couldn’t fix it, my kids just wanted plain sliders and the manager took my whole order back for a refund to throw away even the fries and drinks, my kids were starving. Really bad management approached to me with foul language, very dissatisfied with this place.
