In my 65 years and many hundreds of sliders later. I can honestly say I have never once had a disappointing meal at White Castle. Well, until now. Sliders were old, cold and dry as cardboard.
Also watch out for the cashier they have the tip screen default set at 15% and as soon as it pops up and before you can blink the cashier hits a button within a second he finalized the transaction basically stealing a extra 15% from you.
Never will see my face in there again.

Love white castle but this just doesn't hit the spot. They limit you to two sauces per order. We ordered a lot of food and could only get 2 sauces or they charge. Some employees are friendly but definitely not all.

Just left there and when my sweet husband asked for sauce keep in mind we had 20 plus burgers he questioned why we needed so many and being all kinds of nasty about it that’s when I stepped in bc it’s not your business why we needed so many asked for 4 of each… I told him we had no problem paying for them then told me that he was just having a conversation which is so not what was happening, and I told him no your being nasty then he walked off and told the kid helping us charge them then! I said no problem I will gladly pay for them!! Ughhh nasty man and Im pretty sure he was management bc he seemed to be on his high horse lol!!

Don't go read reviews bad customer service first time customer really rude manager order 3 sliders and fries got to window ask to upgrade not change or remove anything wanted to make it combo lil boy at register keep saying in Spanish I want change order I kept telling her that I didn't want to change but add upgrade to combo manger came out saying that she can't and wouldn't allow me to buy more food that if I wanted she was only going to sell me 3 sliders and fries all that with really rude manners wow this restaurant will fail if cashier can't add to order and he said they don't do that there wow corporate needs to investigate they going to ruined this restaurant for world travel bad image brand will suffer under this manger so told her she can keep order she refused to sell me more weirdo manger
It's nothing groundbreaking, but I would definitely recommend if you have never had it before.
