Bites of Europe is a hidden gem, offering fantastic service and a diverse menu featuring standout dishes like Lamb Shank, Pelmeni, Fish and Chips, Grenki Fries, Chicken Schnitzel, and Beef Stroganoff. The restaurant is praised for its authenticity, with customers noting that the food is as good as what they've had in Europe. The atmosphere is welcoming, and the service is attentive and friendly. The portions could be larger, but the overall dining experience is highly recommended. The restaurant is moderately priced, and reservations are suggested as it can get busy, especially for special occasions. Customers particularly enjoy the goulash, the cauliflower appetizer, and the beef stroganoff with mashed potatoes. The restaurant offers a unique spin on classic European ingredients, with dishes like the crispy perogies and the cauliflower appetizer with pine nuts and capers. The menu includes a variety of European cuisines, from German and Polish to Russian, and even features a delightful Fish and Chips option. The restaurant is considered a prize in the Northwest part of Las Vegas, offering authentic and fresh-made European cuisine at much lower prices than other similar establishments in the area.
