I had a bit of a mixed experience at 18bin for brunch. On the high side, the music was amazing and created a fantastic vibe that really set the mood for the morning. The food itself was great—everything we eventually ate was delicious and high quality. However, the service was a significant letdown. We were seated for about 45 minutes before our order was even taken, and the wait for the food to arrive felt even longer. To make things stranger, my appetizer arrived at the same time as the main meal, which defeated the purpose of a starter. We also had to go out of our way to ask for utensils once the food finally hit the table. The Verdict: While the atmosphere and flavors are definitely there, the speed and attention to detail in the service department need some work. It was a good experience all in all, but you'll need plenty of patience to get through it!

Our table wasn't ready when we got there. There seemed to be some confusion with the hosts about seating. Our waitress wasn't very tentative to the table. We barely saw her after our initial order.

Food was delicious, priced appropriately. Live DJ was inviting. Restaurant outdoor seating was empty. Bathrooms at opening had no soap or paper towels. Indoor area smelled like a nursing home/dirty diaper. Besides that would still visit again --just not sit inside.

Doug was amazing! I asked for something warm, non-alcoholic, and caffeine-free. He whipped together a hot drink that tasted like sweet lemonade! And he closed the doors so I felt less cold. I watched him put a lot of effort into getting the drink just right. I’m impressed and it made my night. :)

I was ignored for 15 minutes when i got there at 2pm on a wednesday when there’s only 1 other table there. I had to get up and place my order with another worker since the server/bartender named Ingrid was being oblivious to my presence. i just ordered the $7 deal since i just wanted something quick due to time loss

I’m seriously disappointed in the owners for getting rid of my favorite waitress. She was the only reason I kept coming back — friendly, fast, and actually cared about the customers. Losing her feels like a huge step backward for this place.
It’s honestly wild that management would cut someone who brought so much positivity and consistency to every shift. The whole vibe has changed, and not in a good way. Whoever made that decision needs to take a long look at how it’s affecting the customer experience, because trust me… we notice.
Until they fix it, this spot just isn’t the same. ✋🏽
The atmosphere was cool, service was slow and we had to ask for everything multiple times with long wait times. The server would forget. The Artichoke dip was bland and small. The server tipped the chips and then picked them up with dirty gloves and put them back on the tray. We requested new chips which shouldn’t be a question. Overall disappointing visit we won’t be back.

I saw a review for this restaurant online and hoped to have a good experience but I won't be returning. There was only one server for the entire indoor area and she was possibly covering the outdoor patio as well. As you can imagine, that meant she rarely was able to come to our table and we had to request water a total of 4 times before it was brought out. The food wasn't good either. Another group of customers warned us after we placed our order and we ended up seeing for ourselves. The chicken was fried in old grease and was dry. The waffle was hard and tasted old as well, as if it were reheated. I would suggest only coming here if you plan to sit at the bar and have drinks. My cocktail was the only good thing.

Slowest most unorganized service ever. Almost unbelievable. It wasn't even busy at all. Also, side plates were not clean. After about an hour and a half we got half our order.... we're then told they were out of what I ordered...... At least the chicken Caesar salad was tasty
